Confusing at check in, but overall had a nice tour - Wish there was more instructions at check in. When we arrived for check in, there were hundreds of people in the different lines with no signs. We were not sure where to go to line up and there was no staff around dedicated to answer questions. The windows on our bus were not particularly clean. Our tour guides were excellent and the locations we visited we beautiful

Tuscany is beautiful but Fattoria Pulcino (the winery) sucked - Tuscany was absolutely beautiful. However, our tour guide was lack luster and don't even get me started about the winery, Fattoria Pulcino. The food was subpar. Everything felt very rushed. There were no explanations of the wine and what to pair it with. After our meal we inquired about wine prices and were lied to and did not discover it until after they ran our credit card. Coming from California we know good wine and this wine was NOT worth 120 euros. We would not have purchased the wine if we were told the actual price. They refused to let us return the wine for a refund even though we immediately asked. Tourist trap for sure.

An okay day but hot to see Tuscany - Walking tour in Montepulciano was nice but would have rather had more free time to explore. Lunch was basic and tasteless. Wine tasting was nice. Pienza was beautiful. Guide did a great job showing us a few of his favorite stores. Bus driver backed into a street sign while we were waiting to leave Pienza. Got a great action video at least.

Extremely disappointed - Extremely disappointed. My husband and I recently visited Tuscany with the help of a tour guide named Sonyi. The drive was outstanding he made the ride safe and smooth, and Sonyi was pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind. However, our experience at the Two Sisters restaurant called Ristorante FattoRia Pulcino completely ruined our day. Upon entering, the hostess was extremely rude, forcing us to sit with strangers and share appetizers, which made us uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the main course only spaghetti was not only tiny in portion but also tasteless we could not eat it.The dessert was literally just crackers. We returned to our hotel starving. The worst part came when I inquired about the cost of balsamic vinegar. One of the sisters distracted me while the other charged my credit card. When I checked the receipt, I was shocked by the outrageous charge of 89 euros. I requested a refund, but she rudely refused, saying, "No possible, no possible." This experience made me seriously question their products and business practices. My advice to future tourists, do not be fooled by these two sisters. Avoid purchasing anything from them, as their prices are a complete ripoff. I strongly suggest that city wonders reconsider working with this establishment.
