A great early morning tour outside of Rome - Villa d’Este was amazing. Wish we had a little more time to spend there in Villa and the town. Hadrian estate was vast and so incredible as well. Our guide was amazing and the tour was better than expected.

Hadrians Villa & Villa d’Este were a highlight of our time in Rome - We really enjoyed the tour, it was well organised and our guide was delightful and very informative. Really interesting to see & hear all about Hadrians villa. The Villa d’Este gardens / fountains were stunning, we would have loved to have more time there. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Enjoyed this tour. - We really liked Hadrian's Get Away place. You can image how awesome it was. Villa d'este was nice but we are older and didn't want to do all the step to see the beautiful gardens. Our tour guide was very, very good. Unfortunely I forgot her name but she was very knowleable. She had black hair pulled back so I hope her company knows who it is so she gets credit for the good review.

Recommended, please see the pickup issue in details - Trip and the guide were good. Though I have a very practical advice/ warning, to all aspirants for this trip: the guides dont pick from all locations even if you pay for pick up.. so viator site tells guests to make payment and then inform agent .. so uncertainty and risk of being declined what we rightfully paid for. We noted these terms before payment so luckily we were wise enough to have an online chat with the team. We paid 217 euros to them directly AFTER they confirmed that a pick up will be arranged for both of us. .. BUT DESPITE OUR CAREFUL APPROACH, within hours we received an email denying pick up.. I had to call the guide and told her that I HAVE SAVED THE CHAT TRANSCRIPT & I AM GOING TO STRAIGHTAWAY CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GET THIS PAYMENT CANCELLED BASED ON THE PROOF OF TRANSCRIPT... After a long argument, then listening to my intentions, she asked me to hold the phone and went to speak to someone.. and then agreed to pick us up. Though once we got picked, all went smooth, and we enjoyed our Tivoli trip! They should get this pick up etc organised better, and not deny after getting our money... otherwise they're good

LUCK OF THE DRAW - Visited Hadrian’s Villa and Tivoli Gardens with guide Monica. After reading many trip adviser reviews of the guides and their presentations, my wife and I got the clunker. Because of Monicas heavy Italian accent, i couldn't understand her with the whisperer or speaking directly to her. Monica seemed to know a lot about each place, but couldn't communicate her knowledge. She never smiled or tried to be amusing. The 5 hour excursion provided enough time to visit Hadrian’s Villa but limited the time to explore the majestic Tivoli Gardens. Good luck getting the right guide assigned to you!
