Mike was the man! - Mike our tour gide and he was so outgoing, friendly, and an amazing storyteller. He told us amusing stories about the history of the Vatican and made us all laugh along the way. Going on this tour felt like going with a group of old friends and Mike was great with people of all ages. This is the perfect tour for people who want to see the important things but not be subjected to a long drawn out tour. I would take my friends and family on this tour again in a heartbeat! Superb - Our tour guide Mike made our experience so amazing! Won’t forget about the secrets he told us about the Sistine chapel, can’t remember our kids having so much fun while in a museum! Golf tour was outstanding as well, money well spent, too bad we had to leave Rome too soon!!!

Rome professionals - Fantastic company to organise your tours in Rome for the Sistine chapel and the Vatican. Everything was well organised and fun at the same time. They also have many other activities and advices whilst visiting Rome in the day or even for the nightlife and restaurants. Totally recommend!!

Misrepresented - We cancelled a booked non-accessible tour and booked an accessible tour for about twice the price since my wife needed to be in a wheelchair due to a knee injury. When we showed up at the meeting point the tour people had no idea we needed an accessible tour and told us we should book an accessible tour. We did the tour, but there were stairs to contend with.

Big scammers, stay away! - This company works together with a scam company called Seven Stars Tours, to scam tourists in Rome. NOT BORING TOURS sells the tours and takes the payment from the tourists, they have the tourists wait in their office for the tour and they provide the tour guide who carries a flag from Not Boring Tours. So with all that, it is pretty obvious that you are taking a tour with NOT BORING TOURS. However, the tour that they provide is a huge scam (lasts 45 min instead of 3 hours, does not cover all the places they promise, tour guide is terrible) and when you try to complain or request a refund, this is the reply you get from NOT BORING TOURS: “the tour you participated in was not organized by Not Boring Tours, it was organized by a company with which we have no affiliation. Therefore, any request for a refund should be directed to THE company with which you originally booked the tour, as we have no connection to them.” NOT BORING TOURS completely exempts themselves from fault and leave you hanging. They don’t even reply to my emails and of course did not refund me. Stay away from these scammers!!
