Very good staff layout - We hired the indicated Tour and by mistake we missed the meeting point as there were two on the voucher, we lost it.
However Estefano optimally solved the problem and was able to accommodate us on the next tour with excellent disposition.
Also the guide Cristina very nice and I explain very well the tour

Spectacular treatment and very professional - Spectacular Bern (I hope it is spelled that way). He explained everything wonderfully and the 3 hours got short.
In addition we had a problem with the Reservation outside them and they deviated (also the company but especially it) until we got a solution.
A 10 certainly.

Fantastic experience - Today I did a group tour of the Vatican Museums, and it was an amazing amazing experience! The tour had an easy to find meeting point, we got warmly welcomed and presented to the guide Lorena, who made the 3-hour tour absolutely fly by due to her clear and charismatic storytelling
The Vatican Museums are obviously a must-visit in Rome, and the tour also included the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. (Though photos aren’t allowed inside the Chapel, experiencing Michelangelo’s masterpiece in person is unforgettable).

Watch out, they're not reliable. - Careful, they're scammers. We had a confusion with the time, we warned before the start and arrived at Vatican Museums before starting, but they did not listen to us, they did not seek solution .
Careful, they are fraudsters!!!!!
