- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
- At times, despite our priority access tickets, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues
- St Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we’re happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. While we endeavour to tell tour groups ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica’s opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
- On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter’s Basilica is not possible until 1pm
- St Peter’s Basilica is not accessible on the evening tours
- Avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour

Fantastic skip-the-line... - Fantastic skip-the-line tour. Our guide Sylvia was very, very knowledgeable, insightful, sweet, patient, and very interested in making sure we got the best experience possible. We got to see a hige amount of the Vatican in a short time and learn things we would've otherwise not even found out about. Excellent tour all around.

Very good. But access not allowed to Basilica on Wednesday mornings - Unfortunately we did not manage to get into St Peter's Basilica as Wednesdays have limited viewings in the morning which was not promoted accordingly in the booking process. This information needs to be made more visible in the booking process. Further the Pope had a special meeting which further hampered access to the Basilica on Wednesday. The Rafas Rooms were great but not a viable alternative as I really wanted my family to experience the Basilica setting.

Vatican museum. Where whatever you want. Don’t listen to anybody else or the websites. Been there done that. - Do not listen to anything they tell you on the website or Google. We went back to our room changed into long, heavy pants long dresses that didn’t show shoulders or knees. We get to the Vatican and there’s Hoochie mamas everywhere. Short Daisy Duke shorts tops. So go whatever where you wanna go. Also the cooling system in there sucks! Bring extra water so you’re not paying six euros a bottle.

Don’t be even a second late - My husband and I arrived 3 (THREE) minutes late and missed our group. We understand this was entirely our fault, but absolutely no accommodations were made for us, such as arranging for us to leave with a different group, since there were countless leaving simultaneously. At least we were given our tickets and were thus able to enter the Vatican museum on our own) - we missed St Peter entirely, however, since the line was impossible to stay on due to the cold and we would only be able to enter directly with the group. The whole experience was very frustrating- the rain was heavy and we got lost on the way, and lost a lot of money because of 3 minutes. Do not recommend, simply because of the staff were so unhelpful.

We never could find the... - We never could find the location of where to meet on our email. It kept referring to the app. We went round and round with that. Finally we found where to go from asking many people on the street. We arrived 3 minutes late and our tour had already left. They did give us tickets to go on our own. Very frustrating morning as we looked for 1 hr. Not happy!!!!!!!!!

Not worth the price 300 euros for 2 - Extremely overpriced, 300 euros for 2 , entrance fee direct is 50 euros ea. guide was nice and helpful excellent venue though thousands of beautiful artifacts. Go direct it’s not worth fast tracking the line .

Tour Canceled Without Notice - After we arrived at the meet point, the tour operator, City Wonders, informed us that our guide was a no show and our tour was cancelled. They did provide us with tickets to the Vatican Museums, but no guide. Then, when I requested a refund, they offered 50% of the $603 we paid…so they want to charge $301 for Vatican tickets with a face value of $110. After further protest, they have offered a 75% refund…which is still over $50 above actual ticket prices. I will not book with Viator again.

Avoid!! Please organise a different semi-private tour. - We booked this tour as a treat for our elderly parents for a special occasion and were extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only was the tour incredibly expensive (vs official Vatican tour website prices - check the website!!), but when the time came for our scheduled tour, no tour guide showed up!! No replacement was organised nor early communication of this! We were left to fend for ourselves, standing around 1 hour in the blistering heat with no alternative backup offered or communication from the company. It was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment!! I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a Vatican tour. Save your money and book with a more reputable and professional company. We are now awaiting a full refund. Let’s see the excuses….

Horrible Vatican Tour - This was the worst tour we experienced on our vacation. The guide was not personable, didn’t interact with the group and was extremely hard to understand. To the best of my knowledge she talked the whole tour and never took time out for questions. We did not enjoy this tour at all
