Wonderful tour. Very glad we took this tour! - Guide Mateo Started on time Guide walked at an acceptable pace. Very interesting, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. Great tour! Held up a flag everyone could see. Had a microphone with ear phones for each guest. Not a huge group. Absolutely outstanding! No complaints at all!

Profound Rome Tour - I had a captivating journey through some of the most significant religious and historical sites in the world. Booking the group tour was the best idea as I did not have to wait in the long queue. Our guide Katharina was knowledgeable and courteous. She added to the profound experience, blending art, history, and spirituality in one of the world's most iconic religious sites. I would recommend Loving Rome for a good tour experience.

Not as Described in terms of missing the crowds - The guide allocated to this group was the poorest I've experienced in a long time. Her remarks were mostly generic delivered in a monotone with few if any anecdotes - just plain boring. Her instructions were unclear and was more concerned when she thought two of her group had wandered off with the headsets and that she'd be responsible to reimburse the supplier. After the museum and the Sistene Chapel, she left us to tour St Peter's, so no guided tour of the cathedral (perhaps a good thing, but not what I understood was promised by Loving Rome). In addition, we may have had early access, but the tour description that we would miss the crowds is totally misleading as we were joined by so many other 'early entry/miss the crowds' tours that we were shoulder to shoulder for two hours -- more like multip[le flocks of sheep being herded into small confines (Sistene Chapel). Very disappointed. Finally, the "small" group was about 25 people, so when strung out in a corridor, for example, the headphones were not effective if one was near the back.

What a waste of money! AVOID!!!! - This tour was marketed as a fast track guided tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. We were a group of around 16 people. Getting into the Vatican was quite difficult as it was a busy Monday. The radios we were given were utterly useless and you could only hear the tour guide (Sylvia) if you were standing right next to her. She proceeded to rush us around the entire complex, power walking through every room, we could barely keep up with her, particularly my elderly mother and a couple with a child in a pram. She continued talking as she walked so you could not hear anything and by the time you caught up with her, she was already walking to something else. We would walk into a large gallery in the museum and she would say something like "these are Etruscan vases" and immediately exit the room so you had no time to even glance at anything. After 45 minutes of this, I asked if she could perhaps slow down to which she shouted at me "THIS IS SLOW!!!" and I said that we were not able to see anything because she was walking so fast, to which she again yelled back at me: "WELL, IF WE DON'T GET TO THE BASILICA IN TIME, DON'T BLAME ME!" Her whole attitude was appalling like she really did not want to be there. We then rushed around the rest of the Museum, the Sistine Chapel and then she proceeded to make us stand in the blazing sunshine outside the Basilica for 20 minutes whilst she took questions. Then announced she could not go into the Basilica with us as she was not allowed to talk because they were preparing for a religious festival the following day and walked off. Everyone on the tour felt totally cheated by the whole experience. When we went into the Basilica, it was full of groups and guides continuing their tours. The whole experience was such a disappointment. It is not like in Rome you have the time (or money!) to go back and just visit it again. The experience cost €65 each and the entry ticket was €17. So we paid an extra €48 for a bad-tempered tour guide who told us absolutely nothing and left us before the end of the tour. Don't waste your money on this!!!

Terrible, devastating and traumatizing - This tour is a scam. They are thieves. We booked a Vatican guided tour in May 2023, fully pre-paying $402. We were 4 people who showed up promptly at the designated meeting place. We searched all over, but nobody was there. There were no communications by them at all prior to or during the tour; they didn't call, use Whatsapp, or use any other kind of communication. Our day in Rome was ruined, stressful, and devastating. Imagine spending so much money and still not visiting the Vatican City before leaving Rome. EVEN THOUGH WE EXPLAINED TO THEM WITH FULL HONESTY AND PROOF THE DETAILS OF OUR ARRIVAL TIME AND PLACE, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. Avoid booking with "Love Rome" because if you use them, you probably going to be traumatized of "Loving Room"

Tour we didn’t get to take - We were dropped off at the wrong location by the taxi We ran all the way around to get to the tour guide. I called her. I told her we were right behind her and she said she could no longer wait for us to say I had already waited. Explain we had my father in a wheelchair and she stated This tour was not adapted for a person in a wheelchair, and since she was with a head of us can do to the people not letting this go by to the wheelchair we weren’t able to do our tour.

Poor customer support - Be careful what address you use for the meeting spot. When we opened the email for our tour it had a meeting place. We arrived early. After we couldn't find anyone with orange flag we tried contacting the tour group operator. No phone number only a text/chat. They never got back to us. We finally realized after scrolloing down on the email there was another meeting location. By the time we got there it was too late and the tour was gone. The your company finally got back to us via text. No apology or offer to try and rebook our tour. Not sure why they would send two different meeting locations for one tour. We also had an underground tour of the Colosseum book through Avitor. Three days before the tour they canceled and rebooked us on another tour.
