Additional Information

Experience stress-free admission to arguably the globe’s largest and most significant art collection. For over five centuries, popes have enlisted the skills of the most accomplished artists and sculptors to create masterpieces for the Vatican, appreciated by an exclusive group of clergy, nobility, and intellectuals.

Follow the path trodden by popes and masters of the Renaissance as you explore the Raphael Rooms and the Sistine Chapel, from its inception to its completion by the legendary Michelangelo Buonarroti. Accompanied by an expert guide, separate the facts from myths and Hollywood exaggerations surrounding this monumental artwork.

Benefit from priority entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica and admire iconic works by the likes of Michelangelo, Raphael, and Bernini, and more, before heading down to the papal crypts. Our journey wraps up on the portico, with a review of Bernini’s grandiose square (St. Peter’s Square), the central obelisk, and the well-known Swiss Guard.

Chiara is in charge! - We had an amazing day yesterday with Chiara. She thoroughly explained the history and was sarcastically funny and witty with her comments. Would definitely book another tour with her!

A must do in Rome! - Absolutely stunning. Our guide, Chiara Antonelli, was so great! An art historian, entertaining, and made our tour such a joy. Our small group had 12 adults and 6 children, and she kept the attention of all. Her knowledge and respect of the art contained within was wonderful.

A Holy Experience at the Vatican - Nadia was an amazing guide, the best we have ever experienced. Not only is she knowledgeable about the history of the Vatican but she is very passionate about what she does. This resonates in her delivery and method. 3.5 hours flew by rather swiftly. A must see, ask for Nadia.

Great tour, even better tour guide - Chiara was so enthusiastic and fun, she kept the spirits of the group high on what was a very hot day. Some of the views inside the Vatican and particularly the Sistine Chapel were amazing and Chiara provided us with plenty of information about what we were saying whilst delivering it in a funny way which made it even better. Grazie Chiara, from 'Caffè' Ben and Emma from England

WOW - WOW. So many beautiful artifacts in one place - 19 museums in all. The group had to keep moving without stopping but it was a good slow pace. The guide was wonderful.

Wonderful Vatican Experience - Naomi was a walking history book. We have done plenty of tours since our time in Italy and she was by far the best. There’s an unbelievable amount of things to see in the museum and she condensed everything down for us so perfectly. Would recommend her and this tour to anyone! Thank you Naomi!
