An unforgettable experience - Our Vatican tour with Silvia was simply amazing. Better off doing individual tour/walk through - We got the the meeting point early & could not locate our guide, I tried contacting someone via the viator app, via email, & via phone number, & I didn’t receive any response. Tour guide showed up on the dot. No one in our group received tickets via email like we were supposed to, so our tour guide spent 20 minutes sending us our individual tickets. As a result, we didn’t make it to the entry time of the St. Peter’s Basilica. Very disappointed as this was the first (and probably the last) tour guide we book.
