You can choose to explore the likes of the Castelli Romani: Frascati, Rocca di Papa, Marino, Ariccia or Tivoli Villa d’Este and Villa Adriana. These places are famed for their history, wine, and cuisine. Simply choose your preferred destination and we’re off! Do keep in mind, this tour has you as a passenger on the scooter. Requesting your own vespa means you must possess strong scooter or motorcycle driving skills. If you’re a non-European citizen, you’re required to present an International driver’s license and cover the cost of a day’s Vespa rental.
- Please note this tour is for you to be a passenger on the scooter. If you request your own vespa (scooter) you need to be well experienced scooter or moto driver. Just having a drivers licence is not enough. If you are not an European Citizen you need to provide an International drivers Licence and demonstrate proficient riding skills. You will have to pay for a one day Vespa rental.

Great day in hills of Rome! - This trip was amazing ! My husband and I and my two sons (21 -and 16). My 16 year old only wanted to do a Vespa tour and this was the perfect one. Mario and the other drivers were fantastic. We went up to a Papal State in the mountains overlooking a lake. Then drove around the lake a bit and had Ana amazing lunch. Mario was full of knowledge stopping along the way for perfect photo shoots and information about the sights. Don’t hesitate to do this.

A surprising walk in Rome off the beaten track! - The Vespa Tour with Mario was extraordinary. We learned and saw many things that we could not have discovered on our own. Mario leaves time to make small visits and makes us discover some surprises and curiosities of Rome that we will not reveal :)
We recommend this tour with this superb team. Go for it!

GREAT TO DO - If you want to visit Rome away from the crowds and off the beaten track, you've come to the right place.
Mario, excellent driver and wonderful guide, introduced us to magnificent and/or original places that we would never have visited otherwise than on a Vespa.
A huge thank you to Mario and Marta for these unforgettable 3 hours which passed much too quickly.
I highly recommend this agency.

Fun way to see Rome and way beyond! - Mario was an excellent guide! Very knowledgeable and took me to some really cool places. He treated me to his favorite places, espresso and an EXCELLENT LUNCH at a cool local place. He even gave me tips on places to eat and drink the best espresso in my neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE!!! Viator didn’t explain that you will be a PASSENGER on a scooter if you have little to no experience driving your own vehicle. If you request your own Vespa, like me, you will pay for one day Vespa rental, have international drivers license, and demonstrate proficient riding skills. Navigating Rome on my own Vespa is very daunting! But following Mario was FUN and EASY and took any guesswork out of my head. I could just concentrate on my vehicle the road and simply follow his lead. I had a HUGE SMILE all day long!!! I would DEFINITELY do this again!

Vespa, city guide and more - How to do sightseeing in Rome? Of course on a vespa!
It was really easy and convenient to get the Vespa and further more - Mario gave us great advice where to go in Rome, a little riddle and restaurants recommendations! The Vespa was in a good shape and Mario gave us a great introduction. When we come back to Rome we will definitely book mario’s Vespa if we need one.
