Wonderful night in Rome - Wonderful time in a well organized dinner/concert evening. Dinner was classy and awesome! The tenors show was magical in the small church venue near the restaurant. The acoustics and visuals were fantastic. This experience left a wonderful memory in our minds and in our hearts!

Great cultural experience in Rome - Very good soloists. The pianist was also very good. A little small church, but it is very centrally located. OK acoustics. But very hard/painful benches to sit on. Also fun with famous arias.

Good times - Opera was great, shorter than advertised (only lasted about an hour) but that may have been do to outside circumstances. Food for the dinner was good not great but staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

The dinner restaurant was... - The dinner restaurant was excellent. The concert rather than a single themed performance was a mix of composers works. The performers were excellent though.

What we expected - The concert was very enjoyable, but only 2 singers- a tenor and a soprano accompanied by a pianist. They sang the usual arias one would expect. We chose a late lunch- around 2, instead of a very late dinner. The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise, a delicious 4-course meal surrounded by locals.

Expensive and Underwhelming - We wanted to introduce opera to our group of 17 year olds. We were nine of the 27 people in attendance and the event took place at the Waldensian church/theatre. We were enticed by the description and beautiful photo showing a group of singers and decor on the stage of the most beautiful arias. I will say that what you see in the advertisement is not what you get, at all. The church, while interesting is rather run down and I would say in disrepair. The male and female singers( one of each) had a difficult time coordinating their pieces, and never ended together. Though talented, not a well oiled machine. The pianist was campy, and begged for applause repeatedly. The show was to be 1 1/2 hours, but it was under an hour. The restaurant claimed to be a meer 600 meters away but it took a good 20 minutes to walk there. For the positives: we did introduce a bit of opera to the group. The restaurant, though a fair walk, was a fixed menu for theatre goers and solved the dinner issue. The funny thing is, I said the next group we bring in the fall will be for the Freddie Mercury instead of this show. Haha I just looked only to find, it’s the same crew! Ouch! I’m out!

Total waste of our money - We booked for a show dinner . We were notified at 3.30 that dinner was cancelled . Show was meant to last 1 hour 15 minutes . Show lasted 50 minutes . Picture in advert showed many performers . There were only 3 performers . We are are the opinion that we should receive a full refund for the show and the dinner .

Absolutely not. - The church was very plain and located on a large street. You could always hear traffic. The "drink" during the break was multivitamin juice. The quality of the voices was more characterized by volume. And don't be fooled by the photo in the brochure. A soprano, a tenor and a pianist. No strings or anything like that. Dinner was in a restaurant a few streets away. When we got there, there were no tables free. After waiting for a while, we moved on and ended the evening at our own expense. After complaining to the agent classicTic, there was no response even after almost 2 months. No recommendation and a wasted evening.
