Bangkok is the perfect city of contrasts. Street food stalls outside Michelin restaurants, stilted homes alongside flashy high rises, and a melting pot of culinary influences that have evolved through the ages. Yet most people come to Thailand and eat the same thing they get at home: Pad Thai and Green Curry. But there’s so much more to offer.

Excellent locals food tour - Cha Cha arranged a tour for us which we thought was gonna be with other people but it turns out it was just the two of us which was really nice because it turned out. We went to 5 or six different places and throughout the journey, he told us about the history of Bangkok. All the places we went to were off the beaten path with no other tourists. We felt like locals. Everything was delicious and plenty to eat. He took really good care of us. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable and varied tour - Each stop was very different with excellent local food in each. There was an interesting walk down old alleyways to the river and a fascinating wander through a totally untouristy food market. Our friendly guide Cha-Cha was constantly giving us lots of interesting information and was able to answer most of our questions.

Amazing private experience - Thanks a lot to our incredible and funny guide, Cha-cha ! Amazing private experience. Cha-cha explained us many things about Thailand and food but he also left us with some one-on-one moments which were appreciated. He also pays attention to our tastes, especially for spicy dishes ☺️ Thank you 🙏🏻

Wonderful evening zooming around Chinatown! - I only had a short layover in Bangkok but was able to book this tour! Our.tour guide and Bangkok expert was Cha-Cha and a team of supporting tuk-tuk drivers that whizzed us around between stops. Cha-Cha was very kind and friendly, explaining all about the different foods we tried, and a lot about Thai life and traditions which was so useful and helpful. We toured a few markets, had street food at various stalls, had noodle soup and made our own Som Tam papaya salad under the careful supervision of the professional chefs! All the food was of brilliant quality and it really helped to have a local who explains everything about Thailand, culture and customs to us. Loved the tour around Talat Noi with street art, sleepy cats, interesting local businesses and where we watched the sun set over the Chao Phraya, and took part in a small bit of a dancing class! The tuk-tuk drivers were fun and careful and enjoyed looking after the family on tour with two small children who loved the tuk-tuks! We ended up at a shaved ice dessert stop, with all kinds of fresh fruits and jellies. An excellent evening, ending up totally full with food and happiness, what a lovely day! Thank you so much to Cha-Cha and the tuk-tuk team!

A very good experience! - A very good experience! Especially for those who want to know the typical dishes in Bangkok but don't know exactly where to go. Riding a tuktuk around the city at night is also an episode apart from the experience!

Amazing Local food Tour in Bangkok. Great for first timers! - Would 100% recommend for anyone who wants a local food experience! Our guide Mona was fantastic and did a great job explaining the food culture and some history of many of the dishes. We even got to experience making our own Papaya Salad at our final stop! 10/10!
