Davis was an awesome tour... - Davis was an awesome tour guide. We felt safe and had an excellent time. Know that the swim is extremely cold and rocky at first, but you quickly adapt to the temperature. Highly recommend a life vest (which they rent for $3 on site) even if you think you are a good swimmer and would take swimming shoes. For those that get car sick, take precautions as the island is mountainous and the drive takes many turns. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience!

Totally engaged in this tour. One of the best we’ve enjoyed. - Birten, our driver/guide was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. He took the time to randomly stop at roadside to learn about indigenous flora and fauna over and above the main attractions listed on the agenda.

Best day in Dominica - This trip ended up being the favourite day of our cruise. Colbert was super friendly and informative and took us to some incredible places on the island and gave us some great facts/history along the way. He was patient & text straight back when we were delayed. Lovely family run business. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Domenica - We had a great tour with Celeste. He took us in a comfortable van to see the rain forest and up to the mama and papa falls, and Titou Gorge where we had an amazing swim in cool clear water. We learned so much from our amazing guide about the beauty and nature of the isalnd of Domenica, and were educated on the spices and fruits and special customs of the people. We would love to return to Domenica and meet Celeste again for more!

Most wonderful tour on Dominica - This excursion was fabulous. It's most definiteky the best one that my wife and I have taken so far in the Caribbean, especially due to the gorge swim to the waterfall. Colbert is a wonderful guide who imparts great knowledge about his home island. It helps so much when your guide is passionate about their birth country. As we drove thru the city to our first stop, Colbert pointed out many of the interesting sights and buildings. First stop was to the Morne Bruce which overlooks the capital city of Roseau, where we took pictures of the view. We then went to the botanical gardens for a little walk and where he showed us the two birds that are endemic to the island of Dominica. Following that, we visited Trafalgar falls, where you can see both "Papa," and, "Mama," falls, small and large respectively. Next on the tour was a visit to a sulphur spring where you view the result of geo-thermal activity on the island. Last but not least, and the most spectacular, was our stop at the "Titou gorge," where we put on a life jacket and swam 5-10 mins. into the gorge to a magnificient waterfall. My wife was a bit nervous due her being somewhat claustrophobic, but at no time can you not look up thru the gorge and see the sky. Absolutely no problem for her. We highly recommend this excursion and a big thank you to our wonderful tour guide Colbert, who also offers many other tours on the beautiful island of Dominica.

Amazing day! Amazing tour guide! - First I’d like to say that Colbert is a fantastic tour guide with impeccable driving. Our tour consisted of the botanic garden tour where we got to see an iguana, other small lizards, native parents and a lot of lush trees and plants. We then proceeded to the twin waterfalls. Where we got to see the lush and beautiful rainforest, along with some more lizards and carbs. The highlight of this stop was how majestic and beautiful the waterfalls were definitely worth the hike. The hike was easy to moderate but not very long. The stairs made the incline easier. The views were phenomenal. Next time we will definitely be brooking a tour to explore this area a little more. Up next we stopped at the sulfur springs which is a pretty neat are to view safe volcanic activity. You can see how it heats the water. Here we purchased some sulfur clay to use as a face mask along with some beautifully carved bamboo cups. We then went to the Tutou Gorge. Which was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Dominica. Swimming against the current into the cavern was breathtaking. When the swim gets rough there’s rebar handles and ropes attached to the rocks to assist with getting a closer look at the waterfall. The whole excursion was a blast. My kids 7,9 and 12 all loved it, although our 7 and 9 year old were a little nervous once they realized they were safe they enjoyed the stop and have not stopped talking about how cool it was. I contribute a good amount of our amazing experience to Colbert, he was fantastic and we’ll definitely make sure to use majestic taxi and tour when we return.

Dominica tour with Majestic Taxi & Tours - Fantastic from start to finish. Culbert was brilliant, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Tour was in mini bus which was comfortable and air conditioned. We were taken to viewpoints, waterfalls, gorge swimming, botanical gardens and sulphur springs. Culbert also took us to taste local fruits, rum punch and salted cod fish, all of which were delicious! After the tour, Culbert, when we asked, was very obliging and more than happy to take a couple of us on an extra trip to champagne beach for some snorkelling. Cannot recommend highly enough.
