Additional Information
Take a wild and wacky ride with ZORB - roll down the longest tracks in the world. Owned and operated by inventors of this iconic activity, you get to slide around inside the inflatable ball in a warm water bath for a new type of thrill. Before you set off, your instructor explains how to ride and enjoy the twists and turns as the ball rolls downhill - don’t worry it’s like a giant water slide, no tumbling involved! Choose from three different runs that promise lots of laughs and fun.
- Minimum age is 5 years
- Maximum weight per person is 135 kgs or 297 lbs
- Please bring swimwear and a towel
- This activity does involved some degree of risk and you will be required to accept and sign a risk disclosure document before you take part in the activity.
- People who are under the age of 5 or who are pregnant are not allowed to ride
- People who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed to ride
- Not suitable for guests with medical conditions that could be made worse by acceleration, side to side motion, sliding and jumping
- People who are 135kgs (297lbs) or over are not allowed to ride

Roly poly - So much fun! A bit pricey, but something worth doing once in your lifetime. I mean, we're here, why not? I'm in my 60's and it was just like a wild roller coaster ride.

10/10 this is a must do! - 10/10 this is a must do! This was so much fun. If it is something you are thinking about doing just bite the bullet and do it, you will not regret it! We had so much fun, the whole team was fantastic and so much fun to interact with. The runs were so much fun! And the hot tubs between rides was an added bonus. I highly recommend visiting ZORB and having a go, it will not disappoint you.

The Best Experience - This was an amazing experience. I had such a wonderful time and it was so much fun! I went at 9am at the beginning of winter and didn't even realise how cold it was because the water in the zorb was so warm and they had saunas for us to sit in as well. This was such a fun experience! 10/10 would do again

Zorb adventures year round - Had such a great time. All the runs were so fun, zigzag was definitely a fave. Loved the spa pools at the top and bottom. Would do it any time of year

Think enclosed water slide but bouncier - Everything was as described, but nothing could prepare me for the headfirst dive into an inflatable ball with some warm water inside and then being rolled down a hill.
The first time was a bit scary, as I ended up backwards so I couldn’t see where I was going and the water kept getting in my nose which made me panicked. But I went again with a plan to sit cross legged and it worked beautifully!
We did the Two Track Combo - the straight track and the sidewinder. You can race another person down the hill on the straight track which is hilarious to watch. Then you jump in one of three hot tubs to warm up, and when you’re ready you head back up!
The sidewinder was super fun, I was bouncing and rolling up the side hills of the track, but able to stay upright and centered. My boyfriend flailed around and loved it so it’s really up to you and how you roll (ha)
I will say, it is expensive for what it is. And I wanted to do the same track multiple times but that’s not really an option unless you’re willing to drop another $65 on an additional one track.
Overall, we had a great time, and I definitely recommend it as a unique must do of Rotorua!

Great for kids jury is out on adults … - A giant washing machine … great if that’s ur thing … great for kids … adults? Less so IMO … would be far better if u could see where u we’re going (balls are quite cloudy) … get urself in ur own washer on delicate cycle and u’ve saved a few bucks!
