Owned and operated by inventors of this iconic activity, you get to slide around inside the inflatable ball in a warm water bath for a new type of thrill. Before you set off, your instructor explains how to ride and enjoy the twists and turns as the ball rolls downhill - don’t worry it’s like a giant water slide, no tumbling involved! Choose from three different runs that promise lots of laughs and fun.

Exhilarating - Very fun and exhilarating. Could not stop laughing the entire time. Staff are friendly and would definitely do again. Took the kids and we went down together for extra fun. Had a break in the spa pool between which was a great breather between runs.

Bucket List Experience - Great "bucket list" bouncing and sliding in the Zorb experience. Soaking in the hot tub after was also a good way to finish. Will certainly return next time I'm in Rotorua.

Fun family activity in any weather - Brilliant rainy day activity. Hot pools were great between rides. Really well organised and efficient. Not too much waiting around despite being fairly busy. Friendly staff, clean facilities.
Rides were great fun, we did the “sweet deal” three ride package. Highly recommended.

Laughed like Hyenas - Went with two friends, was incredibly fun, and had an absolute blast on the Sidewinder. Would definitely go again. Hot tubs were nice.
Changing facilities were ok. Though I wish they had showers. May be a proper shower block.

Tumeke - Nanny and Koro trip away with our 3 teenage Moko. Yes it's on the more expensive side of activities but according to our Moko it was up there with more expensive things we did on our weekend away.
To the Maori guy driving the van this day (05/04/25, 4pm time slot) you made our Moko boys day.

Great legal fun with your balls - More fun than it looks. Wild ride. Super friendly staff were having as much fun as the guests. Really helpful as well. Don’t leave NZ without trying it. I’m surprised I haven’t seen this anywhere else. At least not in Canada. Waterparks/Amusement parks across the globe should add this for sure. There’s 4 runs to do. Choose which you’d like or do them all. Options for how many people in each ball or go separately on your own. Water added to each ball, so you will get wet. The entrance hole of the balls zips up to keep you and the water inside. Hot tubs at top and bottom to relax in until it’s your turn. Van drives you up and you roll down in your ball. Barefoot the whole time, without issues. You will not go fast or wild enough to roll over the trails downhill that the balls roll in, if you’re wondering. The inner ball keeps you somewhat level with some sloshing around. You’re not going to be going head over heels inside it. Recorded our rides on my iPhone16 which is splash proof. It held up. Got some wicked videos. If you don’t want to do that, they have water safe recorders to record your rides that you can rent/hire. Great novelty fun factor time. If you’re a social media maniac, this will get you lots of likes and views for sure just on the rarity of the activity.

It's Zorbin Time - The views were good, but I was a bit more focused on being in the ball. It was a wild time! Felt more akin to a water slide than an inflatable hamster ball. Although the air was chilly, The water was warm inside. Going down together was so much more fun! And the hot tubs in between were game changers.

Awesome - Do it. It was amazing!! If you try to stand you will fall down but it is worth trying to. It is like a waterslide rolling down in the ball. You will know what clothes in the washing machine feel like on the best possible way

Can’t miss it! - This is a must-do experience in Rotorua. I’ve gone twice, and done all 4 tracks both times. My first trip to Zorb Rotorua was solo, and most recently I took my parents there. They loved it too! So much they bought Zorb t-shirts!
The staff are the friendliest folks, the facilities are clean and comfortable (a hot tub between runs is a great time), and Zorbing itself is a blast.
If you’re coming through Rotorua, you can’t miss this unique activity.
