Airport roundtrip transfer - Good reliable company. I would highly recommend them. The person was waiting for us outside right after we cleared costums and got our baggage.

Would book again. - Driver was already at airport. Got us to the resort safely and quickly. Didn’t say anything about picking us up and I paid for roundtrip, but I’m sure he’ll be here to pick us on time for our return flight.

Great service with a smile - Our flight was an hour late, but the shuttle was waiting on us and the operator was very pleasant and polite.

A+ - It was cool. We had to take a taxi when we first arrived because when the plane landed at Freeport the shuttle wasn’t there. Can’t blame Viator because our flight was delayed so many times. They stayed in touch with me the entire time I was in the Bahamas. Flight was scheduled to leave at 6:30 am and I asked to be picked up by 5:45. Needless to say driver was there with bells and whistles. Now I just need to contact them about my refund for taking the taxi. If you can be sure to use Viator for your shuttle needs when traveling abroad. A+

Round trip transportation - The trip from the airport to the resort and the trip from resort to the airport were on time and efficient.

Incredibly nice, friendly... - Incredibly nice, friendly and knowledgeable driver. This is the way to get from the airport to your hotel.

Bad support - They contacted us when it was LESS than the 24 hour cancellation period to tell us they don't drop off at the hotel we were staying at. During the booking process they kept populating under nassau and there was at no point anything pointing us to not being able to be dropped off where we were going. I had to contact Viator and luckily Viator came through like always and got us a refund.

Terrible company - We waited outside in the heat and humidity for over an hour and no one showed up to pick us up and didn’t answer emails or calls to try and find out where they were for our ride. Fortunately for us a very nice couple gave us a ride to the hotel.
