- This tour requires average physical activity, you have to be able to climb stairs and move in the water.
- This tour includes a pickup & drop off from listed hotels. The time for meeting point and place will be confirmed upon the reservation by email and/or text message. Please note that our tours and transfers follow a fixed schedule and therefore we advise being at the designated meeting point 5 minutes before the meeting time. Failing to be at the pick-up point at the given time may result in missing the transfer. Refunds will not be issued for the missed activity or any inconvenience caused as a result.

Invigorating activity would go again! - What a good time. The tour leader was wonderful, full of information about Finland and very welcoming. Would book another tour with this company just because of how exceptional the guide was.
The activity itself was great, but I think other people were surprised that you can still get a chill from the water - the suit keeps 98% of the cold away, but you still have to move your fingers and toes. I felt very comfortable and safe - the guide was very attentive to make sure it stayed that way.

Amazing experience - Ice floating was an incredible experience .Our guide, Mattia helped us through out the activity and he was amazing .Also took so many memorable photos.!he made everything so smooth and enjoyable. His guidance and expertise added so much to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique adventure!

Just awesome - Crazy experience! Once immersed in the water I experienced a feeling of peace and incredible soesieratà.

Arctic Ice-Floating Rovaniemi - Our experience started with being picked up from outside our Hotel accommodation in comfortable warm vans which was a nice change after being on a tour for 2 weeks traveling by bus train & boat we were a group of 11 friends traveling together.
Our guides for the day explained exactly what we would be doing & what to expect then gave clear instructions & helped us all get suited up also offering to video & take pictures for us all.
It was a really fun activity not the regular thing to do all our group were over 60 years old but loved the experience.
Afterwards we had warm drinks & biscuits & chatted with our guides for while then they returned us to our Hotel door.
Would 100% recommend this activity it’s a must do…..❄️

A memorable experience in Roveniemi - An incredible experience to be able to float in Artic Ice.
Thanks to Brian (I hope I got his name correct) as our guide on 10May on 2024, it is a wonderful trip in a serene outskirts of Roveniemi. We are in the water for 30minutes and a small group of 6.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience - Loved this tour. Picked up at our hotel. Small group. Warm and friendly guide. The floating experience was fantastic: magical and relaxing. Hot drink and cookies after. Highly recommended

Good experience, disappointing staff - I liked the experience but not the customer service. I got a reminder message prior to the date booked and I didn’t know (at that moment, remember) where exactly to meet the tour van. I sent a message asking the exact location and someone replied in a rude way (using uppercase letters showing discomfort on sending the information) telling me that they had already sent me the information before and insisting on the fact that they were sending me the information AGAIN. This made feel as if I were stupid for asking and disturbing the media coordinator.
About the tour itself, our guide was not the best. He told us that he wouldn’t talk to us on the way to the venue because he had to focus on driving.
Once in the venue he took just very few pictures (bad quality frames) when we were plunging and that was all. No more pictures during the floating experience, which is something guests are eager to get from an unusual experience like this. Eventually he simply went somewhere else and left his group unattended and didn’t even tell the other guides so they could supervise our activity.
We didn’t get from him any explanation about the place, or any other interesting facts about Lapland. I could overhear an interesting explanation from another guide, Alex, given to his group.
It was exciting to go floating on a frozen lake; however, I was disappointed from the tour company, especially the guide Yaku (I don’t know how it’s spelled) and the person replying messages and emails.
I got much warmer experiences from other tour companies in Lapland which make tourists love this magical place even more.
