The site where we monitor the Northern Lights is unrivalled, free from any other light sources, with a perfect view of the northern sky, and usually boasts clear weather, in contrast to the occasional cloudiness or fog in town. From our extensive experience, we can advise that ideal viewing times are between 11-12 PM; remarkable visuals are sure to occur. We can estimate an 80% chance of witnessing some kind of light spectacle– is this the best chances world-wide? Uncertain, but we like to think so!

Why choose our guided tour? Our team knows the supreme locations to trace the lights. While some may argue that a glass igloo enhances your Northern Lights viewing experience, the reality is different. Although staying in one can be a unique encounter, it does not necessarily enhance your view of the lights. The most ideal locations are on expansive mountains and hills, offering panoramic views facing the north, and critical for photographers – distant from any man-made light pollution.
