Amazing guide - We had a great time with our amazing guide Jenni through 3 tours and an excellent lunch, prepared outdoors. She is incredibly helpful, accomodating and patient. We had an amazing introduction to Finnish culture from her. We were very lucky to have her.

Ice water floating extravaganza! - Floating in ice water was beyond amazing. It was out of this world experience! Our guides were fantastic!

Awesome and Therapeutic experience - It was just me and one other solo traveller. It was cloudy so we didn’t see the stars or the northern lights but our guide was terrific! Tommy was cracking jokes all night and definitely knew how to engage us in the activity. The floating itself was super relaxing and almost like sensory deprivation which was super therapeutic. Would recommend and do it again through the same company if I ever make my way back up here!

A must do different experience - Not even a cloudy night devoid of stars and the Aurora could detract from this experience. Loads of fun and an incredibly different experience. Our guides Tommy and Emmy kept us amused and entertained for the evening.

Hygge Moment - Aurora Floating (Rovaneimi) - Our wonderful guide , Martin from Safartica Operator had made our experience a very delightful one! Martin's friendly welcome upon pick up at Santa Village was a great start. The ride to the floating venue was pleasant and it took about 30 mins . As I was a little afraid of what's expected and especially we will be floating in the dark ,Martin assured me that I will be alright and he will watched over me. Martin showed us the lake area before we embarked upon the adventure and I must say that's very comforting. It snowed when we stepped out and it was beautiful tho at that moment I knew the chances of viewing the aurora borelis will be very low. None the less,my husband and I suited up into the floating suits and Martin demonstrated the getting in and getting out of the water very clearly. It was a very magical experience despite not able to view the northern lights as it was a very cloudy day ha. We enjoyed the moment and yes the floating suit works marvellously ! It was so serene. We had cookies and berry tea by the fire place after the event . Once again a big thanks to Martin for being an excellent guide . Kudos for a job well done ! You are a gem to the company . We highly recommend this experience with Safartica Operator.

Wonderful Experience - We did the Ice-floating with Jukka and it was a great experience. We were a small group so we really had the chance to talk to our guide, who was super friendly and caring, and connect with the others from the group. We didn't see the Northern Lights, but floating in the dark was still a pretty fun experience that we enjoyed a lot. Thank you!
