Team at the top - Super sortie!! 3 guides at the top (two speaking French) for about twenty people. Meeting point in front of the hotel reception, a spot where it was just us and beautiful photos. The highlight of the show: a superb aurora borealis!!

Amazing lights - Great night. Saw the lights dancing. The pick up was a little late due to another customer not showing up andvtgey rang to let us know which was good.

Snowmobile Northern Lights Night Tour - Fantastic experience. The snowmobile was electric making it easy to ride through the forest from 9pm to midnight: stopping halfway for a camp fire and a bite to eat: absolutely love it, great fun. The tour guides made the evening great fun and spotted the Northern Lights on the way back. Not a trip to be missed

Worth it! - From the front desk, to the bus driver to the crew. It was amazing from the start. We were able to get great photos even on a crappy weather day.

It's not worth it unless you want "the picture" - Before taking these tours, you should know that our eye does not catch the lights of the auroras, unless they are very strong. Only the cameras are able to pick them up. The great thing about this tour is that they take pictures of you and you can see through it what is in the sky. Unless you want the photo, but there are good Auroras that can be seen by the human eye, it is not worth it. As a negative point of this tour, we went cold inside the bus. We were wearing gloves and lining inside. Positive: photos, very friendly guide and leave you clothes

Guides were more interested in getting photos of the moon than returning us to our accommodation. - The guides did try to find aurora but didn't really succeed. However when they did find a very slight aurora they picked the best spot to set up their camera to take photos of the tour participants. My friend and I tried to set up our camera and tripod and were asked to wait until they had finished but they were taking a long time so we finally walked down to the frozen lake and found our own spot to take photos. The main gripe was that everyone was back on the tour bus after another attempt to find aurora (failed) and the guides left us on the bus for 20-30 minutes. They finally returned apologising for leaving us alone for so long but they "were taking amazing photos of the moon". This was not good enough as had we known we would have asked to go back to Rovaniemi a bit earlier. My overall impression was that the guides were more interested in obtaining photos of participants in front of a mini aurora so prove that they found one and also that they were using our time to get their own photos. During the drive around the guides did impart a lot of knowledge.
