Amazing experience, everyone book now. - Best Husky Mushing Experience ever. The booking and journey experience was amazing, The driver picked up on time and was very friendly and informative. The instructions from the staff was great. It was 8km of amazing views and experience we ever had. This is the only place to go in Rovaniemi for Husky Mushing.. I would recommend it to everyone.

INCREDIBLE better scenery, length and you get to drive the sleigh - Wow!! This was INCREDIBLE!!! We absolutely loved this and it was the highlight of our trip. We’re on a budget, but this was still well worth the money spent. The best thing about this ride is that you are truly out in the wilderness, nothing else around. Snow was high, even in April, so you felt like you were driving down a snow tunnel. The guides were great giving info on the dogs and also took amazing photos of us. The length felt just right. You get to drive for half, then swap with your partner and sit in the sleigh. Just as you’re getting cold and the thrill has worn off, it ended. And then you get to cuddle the dogs and go into a little wooden hut for sausage! A few things to note. The ride is maybe 20-40mins? Somewhere around there but feels much longer as you are in the middle of the forest. The dogs are Alaskan huskies, not the big fluffy huskies if you’re set on that type of breed. But it’s actually more ethical to have Alaskan huskies in Finland (than Siberian) and the dogs LOVED a pat afterwards. They are honestly so cute, they looked like Balto!!! It’s also a 45 min drive in the car south, but it went quick and worth it to get the scenery on the dog ride. The other good thing is we never felt rushed. Heaps of time with the dogs, heaps of time in the hut. Even went sledding for a bit. Perfect!! Please book this it’s sooooo good!!!!!

The highlight of our trip - The highlight of our trip. The tour was very enjoyable and the guides were super friendly! Afterwards, we were allowed to cuddle with the dogs and received refreshments in a very cozy Finnish cabin.

Husky mushing - Great experience. I struggled to find a small company whom I could book a solo experience with. These guys were great, I shared the sled with the husky owner - we drove half of the tour each but even sitting in the sled with someone who knew what they were doing was fun! They also provided pick up which was great. We travelled through the woods - the huskies knew the way!

Go for it! - Just the most amazing experience from being picked up by a very polite gentleman to the ride, meeting the huskies and then the sausages and hot drink in the little hut around a glowing warm fire! I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Great experience that should be experienced - Great experience! It was beautiful. Breathtaking scenery. Nice people and hardworking dogs that you can pet afterwards. Everything went really well. It takes about 45 minutes to get from the city to the camp and back. But it's worth it.

Amazing experience. My favorite in Rovaniemi - It was an AMAZING experience. The trail is just magical, the views are incredible. The ride feels like a bonafide husky sled ride, not like others that take around a track, here you are actually riding fast about an hour through the frozen forest. The only thing I did not like is that compared to other activities the guides did not provide any information about the dogs, the area, or general information about the experience. It was just instructions on what to wear and how to ride and that’s it. No more. I would still come back.

Very bad organization and activity. - IN SPANISH BELOW. - They notify us at the last moment of the afternoon of the previous day of something that has already been known for days. -They canceled our motorcycles because "there is not enough snow." (the rest of the company operative) - They advance the dog time and we do the activity in the middle of the night. - We are with the sled for much less time than what was said in the email and less time than the minimum on the website. - In the email, "there will be a lot of time at the farm for photos and questions", and the next ones who have to get on the sleigh are already there. - 4 hours 30 minutes of activity. Us 3 hours 45 minutes. - You recognize in the email that reservations have been doubled. What benefit have we obtained from the duplicity of the reservation? We have not done the same, we have done it less time, of worse quality, in bad ways and for the same price. - We are notified at the end of the afternoon that a snowmobile activity for the next day is suspended early due to lack of snow (didn't you know this before?), so there is no room for maneuver because the rest of the The companies are already closed. - They canceled our snowmobiles due to "lack of snow", when the rest of the companies did not cancel anything (in fact that same day in the afternoon, without it snowing, we did the same activity with another agency). - The other planned dog activity is scheduled for more than half an hour, so we do the activity completely at night (it wasn't even early in the day). - They tell us that there will be a lot of time to talk with the educators and photos with the dogs. As soon as we arrived with the sleds, the next group was already waiting and they got on and left. - On the website it says 4 and a half hours of activity, which in our case was 3 hours 45 minutes. - After many emails exchanged days later with the company because they did not understand anything, they recognized that they doubled reservations that day. Not recommendable. Another operator advisable - I tell you about my unpleasant experience with this company. Last November we were doing a husky experience with them. In total we were a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) and we made a firm reservation in April of the same year paying the entire tour. The initial start time of the tour was 10 am. They tried to change our schedule to a week in advance due to the high demand they had. After our discontent and several emails to which they did not respond, they confirmed the same time initially confirmed the day before the tour. Taking into account the total number of the group, they came to pick us up in two vehicles. One of them, the smallest one, was in perfect condition. As for the van, it was a vehicle in worse condition. We requested that they lower the temperature since it was very hot and for this the driver had to stop to deactivate the heating that was located in the trunk and he told us that the handbrake did not work because it was frozen. In this vehicle that was not safe at all, we were 3 adults with our children. Upon arrival at Parpalandia we were informed that the dogs had to take a mandatory break to rest, the time was not confirmed nor did they offer to stay inside and offer a hot drink. In total we spent 35 minutes waiting outside at the beginning of the activity in -20 degrees temperature and every time we asked how much time was left to start they told us that we would start soon. To prevent the children from losing temperature, we had to start playing with them so that they did not stop at any time, thus avoiding having a bad time. In the explanations of how to carry out the activity and when we asked how to act in case the sled overturned, the only answer we had was that this could not happen followed by a nervous rose. Well this happened. One of the families traveling with two girls capsized. Luckily and thanks to the reflex of the adult who was traveling with them on the sled, he pulled them, thus preventing the dogs from continuing on their way with any of the little ones inside. I must also say that by miracle the sled did not collide with us who were ahead of them. On the other hand, comment that they make false advertising. These are not huskies. They are sled dogs but in no case are they this breed. After everything that happened, no responsible person contacted us and when we have complained the only thing they do is deny everything that happened, avoiding any responsibility on their part. The truth is that I am very surprised by everything that happened considering that I work in the sector knowing it quite well and this is the first time this has happened to me. They also did not comply with the schedule that they detailed in their confirmation. Of the 4 hours of activity, it was not even 2 and a half hours in total including transfers. I hope these comments help if you are thinking of booking with them. It is curious how they make reference in their reply emails claiming not to have a luxury service, charging much more for it than the activity is really worth due to the poor service they provide.
