A truly amazing experience - Prompt pick up, Alex was very informative and looked after us. It was very cold and the experience was unique scenery was amazing. The lunch was excellent traditional finish cuisine. Highly recommend the private tour.

Honeymoon Tour - It was simply magnificent from the hotel pick up to the location. The food in a glass igloo was exquisite. Ice fishing was a unique experience even more when we live in a tropical country where we could never have experienced such a thing. The unforgettable run as the road looked like a Christmas postcard. The guide Kat was extremely helpful and always looked forward to us feeling comfortable. I recommend them I think it is one of the most complete tours they could have!

Excellent adventure with stunning views and friendly staff. - The guide was on time to pick us up in a comfy van and drove us safely to the location for our activities. We started with ice fishing and cut through the ice ourselves with an auger before fishing. There was a surprise while fishing that I won’t ruin, but it’s very cool. Next we had an incredible meal in the most beautiful glass igloo that was warmed by a cozy fire. The view was breathtaking and the meal was excellent. After the meal, we went for a scooter ride though the finish forest on incredibly fun 4 wheeled snow scooters. The adventure was great because the gear they gave us kept us comfy and warm. The highlight was seeing reindeer and a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this adventure!

Stunning setting and incredible experience. - We had a great time and the setting was absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the staff incredibly friendly and fun. The lunch in the glass igloo was wonderful and warm. And one of the biggest highlights was the scooter ride through the finish forest in the warmest gear anyone could ever imagine. Seeing reindeer was also a big plus. Highly recommend this experience!

Wonderful and delicious. - Wonderful experience, with a nice atmosphere and beautiful landscapes. My boyfriend and I were very happy to be there and live something different from what we have in our country, the really delicious food. All very clean and high quality. We saw reindeer and fished on the lake, the bikes were great fun and we enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend this private tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also did us the favor of taking photos and videos at all times.

Highly Recommend - We had such an amazing experience with our guides. We were collected from our hotel and it turned out it was a private tour with just myself and my partner. We got taught how to ice fish, then enjoyed and fantastic homemade local three course lunch in a glass igloo, followed by an e snow scooter ride. It was such good value for money and the staff that ran it would so friendly and made sure we had the best time. Would highly recommend and a big highlight of our trip!

Unforgettable moment - It was a unique and wonderful experience! Andrew, our guide was just perfect! He was absolutely great in explaining everything and answering questions. We had a great time ice fishing, a very nice lunch in a wonderful atmosphere. We could enjoy sometime motor biking on the frozen lake and finally some game around a little fire :-) it was just perfect. Excursion of our dreams- Lapland's finest tour company! - This is a not-to-be-missed experience. From start to finish we were treated like family and VIPs. Nothing was too much and we were treated so well. Alex was the main guide for this private family experience. We chose our own pickup time and went at 10:30. After arriving 25 or so minutes later, we were all kitted out with appropriate outerwear and enjoyed a hot drink. We then tried our hand at snomobiling on the frozen lake followed by ice fishing. It was so much fun! It was great for our 5 and 9 year old daughters as we were all encouraged to have a go at things and then go and warm up inside the former hunting lodge or have a hot drink. After taking part in the activities we had a three course lunch inside a glass igloo with it's own fire. The food was freshly made and delicious! We were never felt like anything was too much or rushed throughout the experience. Even at the end I made a casual comment how I'd love to buy a photo of the gorgeous scenery so I could never forget. Well, Alex went inside, brought out his tripod with professional camera and took some photos of us and the scenery which they will be emailing along shortly. I honestly cannot provide any ounce of constructive feedback as this was the excursion of a lifetime. Give this company a chance!

Fulfilled dream - Since 3 years my son (6 years) had a dream to visit Santa Claus, to believe if really exist. We had excellent guide Igor who pampered us from arrival until departure, and i can highly recoomend services of his travel agency in Rovaniemi.

Traditional Finnish experiences for our family! - Highly recommend - my wife, children and I (17yo, 15yo & 9yo) spent most of the day with Andrei and Kat. Their set up, location and facilities are superb! Very friendly and welcoming offering us all top of the range clothing, coats, boots and socks on arrival. Very cool. Starting our day with ice fishing which was fun, sadly we didn’t catch anything but the experience was awesome. For lunch, we made our way to one of their outdoor pods with a roaring fire and our starters waiting for us, a mouthwatering plate of local foods with a homemade berry juice. Amazing. For mains, an out of this world homemade salmon and potato broth - outstanding and a perfect dish to warm us after the fishing. Dessert lived up to the same standard, a choice of ice cream with homemade blueberry pie. Delicious. After food, we got the chance to play with their many toys! We chose snow scooters and an ATV - my son is mad about boys toys so was in his element! Andrei was knowledgable and super helpful ensuring we all had a safe and fun time. Following him and Kat through forest trials in their Defender to a huge snow covered bowl where we all had the best time, like something out of a James Bond film! Epic. It was without doubt a truly memorable day. Both Andrei and Kat helping take photos and videos for us to capture our experiences I know we’ll be talking about for years to come! Maybe one day we’ll return, we’d love to try their summer activities!
