Nice tour in beautiful nature - Very nice day with -20 degrees and blue sky. Even the slightly longer drive is definitely worth it for a few hours around the beautiful countryside. Super friendly and nice guide who, together with the other two guests, gave us a wonderful experience. Not a super long round trip of almost 6 km, but nice with a varied path up and down. Good food later with a bonfire by a frozen lake nearby. Beautifully beautiful!

Great experience. Wonderful guide - Our guide Utsav was fantastic! He was knowledgeable & very accommodating to our needs. He introduced the various attractions and the various faunas in the park. He also bought us to a few hidden spots to take nice pictures of the waterfall. The finale had to be the BBQ lunch. He prepared fire and whipped up a sumptuous meal with drinks to end the walk on a high. Highly recommended!

Amazing hike - It was one of the most beautiful drives and hikes I’ve ever had, the scenery was surreal. Our guide Gordy (from Barcelona) was super friendly and gave us great care and attention the whole way. I would do this trip again and again. Thank you Lapland Welcome for this wonderful experience!

Beautiful trip - We enjoyed the trip very much. We had not much experience with snowshoes but it was not too hard for us and the views of the natural scenery of the national park of the Korouoma Canyon were really beautiful, including the three frozen waterfalls. It was not crowded at all and it was a nice sunny day when we did the trip, and especially warm for winter and with the special clothes. The guide was very kind and did lots of nice picture of us :) Lunch was also good and adequate. The only "but" is that it was a long trip between Rovaniemi and the national park by car (around 3 hours round trip). Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

Snowshoe newbie - I snowshoed for the first time today and it isn't difficult at all. Our guide, Jan, had good energy and was awesome. We did the entire loop in the canyon and he offered to take our photos at each stop. He takes care of his people! This tour is awesome. A fairly good workout in an absolutely beautiful forest!

Beautifiul Hiking Route, Wonderful and friendly guide - Booked this trip via their website and I must say it was an excellent experience. The journey to the destination does a while but it's all worth it. Our guide was Sami and he did a wonderful job ensuring that we were enjoying ourselves while being safe and warm. Sami did a great job explaining to us at the various stops points and giving us sufficient time to take in the nature with our eyes and our camera. Lunch by the fire was interesting and much needed to warm ourselves up again to be ready for the hike again. The hike is somewhat demanding with the snowshoes on for the whole hike so be mentally and physically prepared. Really recommend this to anyone who wants to do a little exercise and enjoy the nature in winter.

A wonderful walk to see the frozen waterfalls! - My wife and I had a wonderful time with our group for the trip. The views and frozen waterfalls at Korouoma were breathtaking. The hike was also moderately challenging so it is suitable for most - my Garmin recorded about a 6km hike in all including stops for breaks, photos and a lunch by a fire. There was a spot where we sat quietly for a few minutes just listening to the quiet flow of water from the stream. It was very therapeutic for us city dwellers used to noise almost all the time. Our guide David (from Slovenia) was incredibly helpful, patient and flexible! He also had a sense of humor and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. The snow was not so thick and he was alright with us proceeding without snowshoes when we decided not to. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a slightly long walk and beautiful scenery.
