Amazing Experience with Extras. Extremely Professional! - Incredibly amazing experience in the first week of April 2024. Katrina and her team made our night unforgettable. Not to mention and according to her, we were able to see one of the most colorful light shows of the season. While we were very late in the season, according to her they were nearly done for the year in a week or so, so we had this entire dream location to ourselves. Katrina also went out of her way to take photos for us, even though they were not necessarily included in the package. Amazing hospitality and the food was delicious with fresh cooked salmon with potatoes, over the stove warm berry juice and a berry cheesecake with a scoop of ice cream. We were a group of 7, but they managed to bring 2 cars which made the 30 minute drive from Santa’s Village much more comfortable. They could have fit us in the 9 seater they had, but instead they went above and beyond our expectations and over delivered. Since it was very late in the season, we were expecting to just go for a cruise on their provided snowmobiles and scooters, which would have topped off the night as we did not plan to see much dancing in the lights. However, the night only got better and will leave memories of a night that will never be forgotten. Thank You! Your kindness made us happy and we felt like you were part of our family!

Best Northern Lights Hunting Tour - It was a surreal experience with fabulous views, top notch facilities and Andrei being a fantastic host. His knowledge around history and story telling skills were noticeable. Took special care of our vegetarian meal request and the home made tart was yummy..I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Scenery and Delicious Dinner - What a great memorable experience! We were picked up at the agreed upon time and taken outside of the city to a wonderfully beautiful area. Dinner was fabulous and Katerina was an amazing host from our drive to the location, to preparing the delicious meal, to trying to watch for the Northern Lights hoping to get a glimpse for us to see. Although it was cloudy and the lights did not cooperate, we had a fantastic time and enjoyed riding the snowscooters around the frozen lake. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Unprecedented experience - Superb place, on the edge of a frozen lake, alone in the world... Katia our host was perfect, the dinner was magical, I recommend

Really great adventure and unexpectedly top service and attitude. - All was top-level: service, extremely cosy igloo with fire, high quality sausages and salmon, fantastic night snowmobile driving on the frozen lake, including a small snowmobile for children. Children also very happy!

Top - Recommended - Andrew was great! He was very accommodating and always looked after us and catered to our needs. The menu is already pictured here - we thought it was very good. After dinner, you had the opportunity to ride a scooter or snowmobile - of course you can't compare that to specially booked tours, but to have done it once or to get a first feel for it, it's more than enough. Overall, we would do it again or recommend it to others.

Cancelled last minute - I was quite disappointed in this as I had booked the experience for my wedding day but the tour operator cancelled with less than 48h notice without any explanation or offering an alternative. Obviously during high season it was very difficult to find an alternative and this caused a lot of stress. When we called to ask what happened we were told that the glass of the igloo had broken due to snow. I understand that things can happen but would have appreciated if the tour operator would have provided an explanation and at least tried to offer an alternative without us having to chase them for answers. Would not recommend booking with this tour operator.

Look for another more serious provider - We booked this activity as a family with young children. Our guide had to be French. After 40 minutes of delay, our guide arrived, a pure Finn. Suffice to say that the dialogue was complicated. We asked for a commercial gesture since it was not possible to have a French-speaking guide as initially planned. Negative response. The simplistic meal with minimalist portions. Given the late hour we weren't able to snowmobile anymore. I do not recommend at all. There are other, much more serious French-speaking providers.

Cancelled with no explanation - We booked this tour back in July 2023, they sent us a confirmation email and we were all set for our holiday, then in mid December 2023 (1 week before we flew out) they cancelled our tour. They gave no explanation and only wrote "we are unable to fullfill your reservation that day". I emailed them back asking for the reason and they never replied. We were very much looking forward to this tour and this was incredibly disappointing news. Given that we really wanted to do this experience and they processed our refund, I re-booked the tour on a different date. The website had some dates unavailable and others that were still available. I re-booked and re-paid for the tour on their website and once again got a confirmation email and tickets. However, 1 day later, they cancelled my tour again! This time the excuse they gave was that "we are fully booked". I still don't understand why that date was even available on their website if they were fully booked? Why would it allow me to book and pay if it was fully booked? Admittedly, the company did apologise both times and proceseds my refund, but I was still not impressed. I got my hopes up for this tour twice and I was so disappointed to miss out, especially since we booked nearly 6 months in advanced. It seems as though other customers had a great time on this tour, but unfortunately that was not my experience with this company.
