Northern Lights but not only - In addition to this excursion, done with a good and enthusiastic Fotis, we did all our activities in this agency, with Federica who organized 6 magnificent days for us very well. All the guides were just friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the excursions were very interesting and even small changes were easy to make quickly. Very positive opinion! Great tours with Nordic Unique Travels - We have booked three activities with this provider. Everything went smoothly, from the transportation to the execution of the activity. We did the snowmobile tour at night with Nicole. She is very customer-oriented and friendly. She was able to tell us a lot about Lapland and at the BBC we had a funny and very pleasant conversation with her. We booked the husky tour in the afternoon. We had wonderful weather. The experience with the snow dogs was very nice. The tour was rounded off with delicious blueberry tea, cookies and a story about the huskies. Once again, Nicolle accompanied us and Owen war our friendly driver. The Norther Lights tour was amazing. We had a delicious BBC beforehand. The photographer Pepe was very patient with our large group and took great photos. Thanks also to Nicky, Franco, Antoinette and Risa for accompanying us. We had a great time! thx

Excellent tour! Highly recommended - I called this tour operator last minute to book an aurora photography tour. They replied inmediatley, made it so easy to book. Provided clear and exact details about the pick up time, tour highlights, times etc. The tour guide, Franco picked me up o’clock. He was very nice, kind and friendly since the very first beginning. We headed to the agency’s main office to get some warm clothes (included in the tour price), the lady at the counter was also nice. Headed to hunt the auroras and even though there were some difficult passengers aboard our group, our tour guides were always nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I am looking forward to experience another tour with the company.

Fun, insightful - Dylan and the team were fantastic and insightful, we received quite a bit more from the experience than we had expected and were even provided with useful knowledge of the town at the conclusion of our trip. I would absolutely recommend this team for future Norther Light excursions.

Great Photos - Even though the northern light's activity was quite low and you could only see it on the horizon, the photos were stunning! I would definitely recommend it, your phone wont be able to take pictures as good as this photographer can, she is amazing! The only thing I'd wish for is that the team could keep an eye out for all the people coming with us. They walked pretty fast back to the bus and it was hard to keep up without a flashlight through the high snow

Disappointing - Misleading description. They talk about a tour of a few people that goes from 20 to 100 km but instead they do nothing more than bring together all the groups to take you to one of their places about 15 minutes from Rovaniemi where they do barbecue. So if the conditions are ideal you can be lucky and see it otherwise not... it seems all about the BBQ rather than seeing the aurora. There is the photographer who takes the photos but then they are not shared 😅 in short, very disappointing especially considering the cost! More than anything it is not correct to write things and then do others, it would be better to be honest so that people know the truth before booking.

Mass processing - To be honest, we are not enthusiastic about this tour. We were picked up at 7:30 p.m. and then had to wait at the office (with 2 small kids) for a good hour. (This happened to us more often during the week that we were picked up and then had to wait forever in the office with our kids until a group was ready and then we could start... Nothing is exclusive here! Mass processing is the order of the day here .) We were promised a small tour group & yes, there were nine of us in the minibus - and we drove behind a full coach... So I can make fun of myself too. Overall, the whole thing is a mass transaction, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone - and especially to families! Fixed points are approached, the guides try hard to find northern lights - but ultimately make a huge fuss out of a barely recognizable little green dot in the sky... They themselves are obviously uncomfortable with having to take so much money out of people's pockets lyre. The joke is that these tours take place no matter what the weather is like! If it's obvious that there are NO Northern Lights, they'll still drive around in the car with you for hours - instead of saying, in fairness, that it needs to be postponed (there are environmental aspects that could be taken into account...) If I were to go again, I would under no circumstances book in advance!!! This office wants to make as much money as possible so that you can definitely get a place (except maybe on the holidays) - even as a family. So you can see what the weather is like on site. Because once you've booked - you have to tell us whether the weather is right or not. Driving again is not an option. I know from other agencies that if you don't see something, a new trip is offered! That would only be fair at these prices!! Never again.
