Job well done to our professional photographer and crew! - Professional photographer helped us capture the magical moments! Couldn’t do it with iPhone! Well organised tour with friendly crew! We’ve enjoyed the bbq sausage and marshmallow too!! :) Thanks for the ride back to our accommodation near the railway station too!!

DREAM COME TRUE - It was my only night in Rovaniemi and therefore ONLY chance to see northern lights. Since I did a solo trip, I decided to book this photography tour and let me tell you - it did not disappoint. Everything was well organized - if you stay in Rovaniemi center, you’ll meet the guides in the main office, where you can also change into warm overalls (not mandatory). Then you get on a bus and drive approximately 1H to reach the location. However, we never made it there and stopped on some other frozen lake on the way because the aurora activity was already very strong. Some guides set the photo set while others already prepare everything for the BBQ. You need to wait in line to get your turn and of course it takes time (our group was huge - full bus) so you’ll be freezing (make sure to dress up REALLY warm) but it’ll be worth it. While taking your picture, it is important to stay completely still for about 10s so that the camera captures everything perfectly. Once you’re done, you can join the other guides by the fire where you’ll be offered a VERY delicious reindeer sausage (veg option available) and a cup of hot blueberry juice (local treat). There’s time for questions and the guides are also happy to help you with setting your phone, should you wish to capture aurora on your own. After everyone is done eating, the bus takes you back to the main office/your original pickup point. We finished your tour about an hour later (after midnight) as we were exceptionally large group. The whole experience was worth every penny, our group was super lucky with the weather conditions and we received stunning pictures sent to our email the next day. If you’re not lucky, they offer joining the same tour within a week for 50% price. A dream!!! - The best experience of my life! we were lucky enough to see the aurora, in front of the barbecue and on the frozen lake! The guides, especially Marino and Maria the photographer, were fantastic, kind, competent and highly recommended

Aurora to take your breath away on New Year's Eve!!! - It was our last night before we returned home and we had not yet been able to see the Northern Lights. We left on December 31 in search of this spectacle of nature and thanks to the strong intensity of the phenomenon we witnessed an aurora to take your breath away. The organization has been spectacular since the pickup in the apartment. Maria who spoke among other things perfectly Italian arrived on time and took us to the meeting point where the bus with the other participants awaited us. After about 45 minutes of travel we stopped in the middle of a wood and already we could see the dawn. Meanwhile Maria took fantastic professional photos of all participants. In the meantime, the other guides prepared a delicious and atmospheric barbecue in the tent made of Cranberry juice reindeer sausage and marshmallows. Of course the presence of the dawn made everything magical but even if it had not been seen I must admit that the organization and professionalism of the whole team was really good. A special thanks to Maria, Hiroki, James, Lisa and Simon who made this New Year’s Eve in collaboration with the aurora unique and magnificent.

Excellent unforgettable experience - It was worth having this tour, they were so well organised, helpful, kind. It’s worth every penny spent, travelled with a family and a kid with them was comfortable. The tour was really good, the tour guides and others, the photographer all were super nice and helpful.

Good but expensive - Tour that can reach up to 50 people which complicates the management. The pre-departure phase at their base is chaotic and disorganized. The location chosen for observation was good but we were unlucky weather-wise. Photographer available and good reindeer snack. Price a little high for the experience

Excursion never realized!!! - Careful, big scam. Don't book with them. We paid €596 excursion and €140 pick-up from the hotel and were never given the time that was at 7pm. So we never did the excursion and when we asked to move it to a day that could suit us because we had to move other excursions, we were asked to repay. No commercial move, nothing. We are used to traveling, booking excursions but the big scam!!!!

SHAMEFUL!!! - SHAMEFUL I pay more than 200€ for a photo hunt at dawn. We left in several small vans. Once there we see aurora and queue to be photographed with the photographers. Once we have returned and sent them, we notice that we only appear on 1 single photo. It seems that only one photographer was ours BUT NO ONE SHOWS IT TO US OR EXPLAINS IT TO US. Moreover we had taken at least 5 photos with each photographer and the latter only put one while the others have many more. No refund obviously we are offered to RE-PAY (with a discount but pay anyway). A tour with no probability of seeing them even from the different applications. We tried and paid anyway. Result more than 400€ for 1 shitty photo and more than 2000€ give in total to the agency for all our reservations. No effort was made to find out where our photos are or even why MATOSĤ only put one out of the 5

To flee - What a disappointment... We tried to cancel the same day in view of the very cloudy weather: impossible. So we left anyway with the guide, very friendly, who pretended that the sky could clear. Of course, we have not seen the shadow of a star, let alone an aurora borealis. That she was not our disappointment when we arrived at the agency and learned that there was no postponement and that we had to PAY again to try our luck again!! One of the only agencies not to offer a postponement. Run away!

I do not recommend this agency - We booked the photo tour to see the auroras. They joined us to the same group that goes by bus and is cheaper. They didn't help us take pictures except for the professional photographer I asked for help. We didn’t see auroras because we were told when it came out that it was a full moon and on days like this it’s almost impossible to see them. I understand that it is a natural phenomenon but if the days of the full moon know that it is very difficult to see them, it is better not to offer the tour. They put us in a tippi and pulled out sausages and cotton clouds. Looks like that was the only plan of the night. A good tour will look for the aurora moving miles, not at a fixed point they already have established and wait if there is luck. An organizational disaster. Of course I will not recommend the tour to anyone. Also in the information it said that they lent thermal suits if you wanted them and at no time offered it to us. You guide them well, they did their job with what they could.
