The optimal period to view the Northern Lights in Finland is from September to April. In Lapland, the lights are visible for 200 nights each year.

The Aurora hunt spans 3 hours. Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Rovaniemi and transported to a secluded countryside spot where they can relax by an open fire and await the lights. Snacks and beverages are provided, including sausages cooked over the open fire and hot tea for refreshment. In this warm and inviting setting, participants will learn about the Northern Lights, their origins, and ancient Aurora legends.

Please be aware that sightings of the Aurora are not guaranteed. Even with ideal solar activity and perfect timing, a bit of luck is still required to see the lights.

The prime time to witness the Northern Lights in Finland is from September to April. In Lapland, this breathtaking display can be seen up to 200 nights a year. That’s why we take you away from the city lights to fully appreciate the magnificent Aurora show.

Our Aurora adventure lasts for 3 hours. We’ll collect you from your hotel in Rovaniemi and transport you to our private countryside spot, where we’ll gather around an open fire and await the lights. Snacks and beverages are provided—enjoy sausages cooked over the open flame and warm up with a cup of hot tea.
