Stunning scenery :) - Lovely day out and stunning scenery! We went on a day with a lot of mist, but it was incredibly atmospheric. The tour guide was lovely and very chilled. We had a very relaxed pace for taking photos and enjoying the area. Nice lunch to top it all off!

Riisitunturi Wilderness Tour - We did the Riisitunturi Wilderness tour with Juho in Jan ‘24 and we had the most amazing day in that magical place. What a breathtakingly beautiful NP! As you walk further in you become more and more wowed by the stunning scenery. Our guide for the day was Juho and he was full of information all about the park and local flora and fauna along the way and he really was the utmost professional who made the trip a lot more enjoyable. It’s a 2 hour drive to the park from Rovaniemi and then you hike up to Riisitunturi and have Finnish sausages cooked over the fire with hot berry juice to warm you up. The hike up and back is roughly 5km and fairly easy. This tour really has been the highlight of our trip so far so thank you Beyond Artic and Juho, hopefully we will be back again!!

Winter Wonderland - The tour is amazing, what you can see is what you normally find on Google if you tap finaland landscape. What we loved of this agency, besides the tour of course, was the photographer guide that send us beautiful pictures after the trip.

Wonderful Riisitunturi Photography Tour! - We just returned from a two week vacation in Finland and one of the main highlights for us was the private Riisitunturi photography expedition we took with Beyond Arctic. Having a chance to see and photograph the tykky trees (the small trees covered in snow...or Finnish bloopy trees as I called them) was one of our main objectives for this vacation. I heard that Riisitunturi National Park was the best place for this and was determined to find a way to get there from Rovaniemi. We were so happy to find this tour with Beyond Arctic, even more so that it focused on photography. Our guide, Oren, was fantastic and we enjoyed our time spent with him. We were blessed with a perfectly clear day and Riisitunturi National Park did not disappoint. The hike up to the summit was fairly easy, some uphill parts that I needed to take a breather on, but very doable. Along the way Oren stopped to take pictures of us and the scenery as both my husband and I did the same. Oren also helped my husband with some of his photography questions. After the main climb, we stopped at a fire where he made us sausages and pies with warm berry juice and hot chocolate for lunch. I also can't say enough about the flexibility and the extra mile Beyond Arctic and Oren went. Our plan was to check out of our Rovaniemi hotel that morning and check into the Snowhotel that night. We asked in advance if it would be possible to be picked up from one and dropped off at the other and if we could bring our luggage. They were very accommodating and Oren helped us out with our luggage (no small feat as we did a lot of shopping in Helsinki and had a lot of heavy bags!). He also offered to stop at the Pentik factory on the return trip as he knew we were interested in it, but we had to decline due to a set dinner reservation at the Snowhotel. Following the trip, Oren sent me an email with video of reindeer we saw on the drive to Riisitunturi which was great and about a week after our tour, we received an email from Beyond Arctic with pictures Oren took during our trip. I cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely book tours with them again the next time we are in Finland.

Great views, great guide, great trip - We went out for this trip on a cloudy and at times snowy February day. Nevertheless the views of the trees bent by snow and frost were just amazing! This is something that happens just on the hills because of the local climate and does not compare with the way that trees look only a few hundred meters away. Outside the beaten path the snow was very deep, which made the boots borrowed from the office extremely useful. Emilia was our tour guide and she was great, she took beautiful pictures and taught us how to cook lunch on a stove in a shelter on our way back. It was a full day's experience but definitely worth the time and the money!

Beyond Happy with Beyond Arctic - We did the riisitunturi expedition. This was my second time using beyond arctic, back in 2019 i also used beyond arctic for my wilderness expedition. Second time means thry did a remarkable service and we are so happy with the service and experience. Before the trip, they will make sure you have a proper winter suit. This is very important, as not every vendor gave this to you. The beyond arctic office also in the middle of rovaniemi city center, easy for you to go by walk. The trip took us 3 hours drive to riisitunturi, the place is just so magical. Ryan was the tour leader at that time. We are so happy with Ryan, he is so energetic, explained all about finland and finnish tradition, and the most importance of all, he took us along the forest with beautiful photograph. He always took his chance to took our photos even during the heavy snow rain. After the trip, it only took few days he sent us the photo and video. We’ve been amazed with all the pictures and videos. Thank you Ryan, Thank you Beyond Arctic Teams, we had an amazing journey to riisitunturi. We definitely choose beyond arctic again if someday we go to finland again. 5+ Stars from ussss!!!!!!!!!!!

A Mesmerizing Experience - Beyond doubt a mesmerizing experience!! we had never seen something like this before. We were touring Rovaniemi and Riisitunturi was one of the places in our bucket list. To start off, we had some unexpected difficulty in the payment, Beyond Arctic was flexible enough to wait till the last moment for the payment (A definite thumbs up to Beyond Arctic). Our tour was on 02 Mar 2022, and we had the best weather for the trekking (Sunny and ard -3° C), Martin (our guide) was knowledgeable and friendly, he gave us enough time to feel the nature and took some amazing photos for us and also gave me some tips on photography. The hike is not so difficult in-fact my 6-year-old daughter completed the 5kms trek easily, off course the lunch break, midway also helped. The wind at the peak may bother sometime, but the overall body suite, boots provided by Beyond Arctic really helped. I highly recommend Beyond Arctic and the guide for this tour!!
