Great time! - This was a wonderful time! The guides were great and was a beautiful experience despite not a lot of snow. Even got a glimpse of northern lights!

Gianfranco, the best guide of Safartica! - The experience has been unforgettable but above all it was thanks to our fantastic guide, Gianfranco. He has adapted to all the needs of the group, speaking in several languages at once to involve everyone. The barbecue was delicious and we had a great time. Without a doubt, if I return to Rovaniemi I would repeat with Gianfranco 🤗

MEGA ERLEBNIS - It was an incredibly great experience. Be sure to ask for the guide RAUL, he has made the experience even more special, fun and exciting! Best guide I've ever had.

A mystical experience - Having never been to a place quite as cold as Rovaniemi, I felt quite out of place in the beginning. By the time I was gone, I was incredibly thankful to have come out of my comfort zone and created so many great memories. This was largely due to having an enthusiastic and skillful guide named Noa. He had a great sense of humour and made sure to maximise our fun whilst prioritising our safety too. Despite the clouds covering the sky during my visit, I would definitely recommend going to Rovaniemi and looking at the beautiful snow forest on a snowmobile, going ice bathing, and much more. Hopefully you get a guide as good as ours!

Amazing experience - Amazing experience. Driving the snowmobile through the darkness in search of the elusive Northern Lights. Topped off with the campfire sausages and Finnish pastries cooked over the fire. Our guide was knowledgeable, gave good instructions and looked after us with care.
Most of these experiences are expensive, especially when paying in Australian dollars but totally worth it. If you have to travel this far, go for it!

Beautiful experience - Snowmobile ride was long enough to get the best out of it. Didn’t get to see northern lights but still was fun! Staff took care of us! Even tho we don’t eat pork one of the guys made sure we get our chicken sausages and are fed! Thank u!

Night adventure - Our motorbike’s suspension failed and guide Atto did everything he could to let us continue our night. Including lending us his snowmobile and then staying by ours waiting for the support team to arrive at -16c degrees. What a trooper!

I felt like all they cared about was money. - We were well prepared for the weather however they gave us boots, gloves, suit and helmet to wear. I wore the suit and helmet, and I wish I had left my own boots on. MY FEET FROZE BAD. I am glad I took my gloves instead of using theirs as most people had freezing red hands. You only have warm hands if you are the driver as the handles are heated. We had a group of 23 people, in my opinion, that was too many. Near the end of the tour, we stopped at a TeePee for sausage and juice. The TeePee only fit 10 people, so 13 people had to stay outside. The sausage was hardly cooked. It had the texture of mashed potatoes, no bun, no ketchup/mustard like other tours that offer the same sausage fire. I'm not sure if it was the size of the group, but the juice was heavily diluted with water. Like 70% water. I paid 300 for 2 adults, I thought that meant we would have our own snowmobile, but we had to share, I was very surprised when they had me get off mine and get on one to share. Also, expect to be talked into buying insurance for the snowmobile or pay 900 for a crack in the machine. You would think that big of a company wouldn't skimp out on a snowmobile when they had at least 100 and the juice, which was rather cheap. I felt like dollar signs the whole time. Never again.

Unfortunate for the price, please read before booking. - Went on snowmobiling ride, the gear provided was less than satisfactory. My toes were so cold by the time we arrived at the TeePee (that couldn’t fit over half the group, leaving most outside and freezing) that I could’ve cried over the pain. Rubber boots the staff gave hardly gave any protection for a passenger even with 3 pairs of wool socks! The food provided at the TeePee was disgusting & they couldn’t even use a fruit concentrate 80% hot water 20% normal juice! I’m not sure how anyone would enjoy this trip let alone children! Money hungry company skewed to rip of tourist!
Also look into profiles on other 5 star reviews most seem fake. ( might not be, but I rather look out for another person in my position)
