Very nice - Well organised, very nice people, helpful. Tour was very nice, find out a lot about reindeer and we had a lot of time in sants village, they gave us as well very good equipment (warm clothes) perfect for weather.

Amazing experience - Once in a life time experience, sleigh riding with the reindeer and husky along with a visit to santa village. Did more time though.. but enjoyed alot in -5 deg temperature.. we were provided with winter clothes which I think we would not be able survive if we dint have it.

Great experience! - Overall very good experience. Good amount of time at both the Husky and Reindeer farms and the rides were perfect length of time for young children. Would highly recommend.

Worthwhile Package- even in September - We went in September when you don’t get to do the sleigh/sled rides (so it was a little pricey without them) However, our guide Egor was very accommodating and enjoyable and gave us a few very good tips about things to experience during our visits. Highly recommend for the ease of access at the stops and having him get you to the best places at the best times.

Reindeer fun! - The reindeer farm was so much fun! Loved the ride, but wish it was longer. Loved being able to pet the reindeer. We learned all about the beautiful reindeer.

Great! Fabulous and super happy - We got to see Reindeer, huskies and Santa. The tour went really well. Perfect for families and the staff was extremely understanding and patient. We loved every minute and highly recommend the tour

Husky and raindeer rides - The experience was nice.The staff was friendly however we were quite a big group and didn’t have much time with the huskies and on the other hand we spent too much time waiting with the raindeers.

The experience was good,... - The experience was good, but there was A LOT of downtime with getting and returning clothes for those that did not have winter clothes.

Overpriced Lapland Tour - Disappointing Experience - Our Husky and Reindeer Farm tour was a let-down, especially considering its high price and high number of people in the group. While the farm staff were professional and welcoming, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The large group size made personalized interaction difficult. Our guide seemed disinterested, and the animal experiences felt uninspiring. Communication about the day's schedule was poor, with unexpected delays and late lunch arrangements. The reindeer and husky sleigh rides, which should have been the tour's highlight, were disappointingly lacking in magic. For the price paid, we expected a far more engaging and well-organized adventure. The value-for-money ratio was extremely low, making it hard to recommend this tour to other travellers.

Very disappointing & no reply - Disappointing poorly organised “meet Santa” is not guaranteed and you need more than 2 hours in santas village to do this I would advise just visit santas village and there you can do reindeer rides / snowmobile and see Lapland pets there and save yourself about £500!!!!
