On the day of the safari, 6 hours before the excursion, our Aurora Specialist will send you a detailed report on what to expect that day, including cloud coverage, solar activity, visibility chances, and possible routes. We often travel to Sweden to add to the fun, take memorable photos at the Sweden border (no passport control), and chase the Northern Lights in two countries!

Our Aurora guides use the best weather reports, cameras and lenses. Lapin Taivas is able to travel up to 400 km range with VIP Minibus to guarantee clear skies. Our tours varies between 2 to 8 hours depending how fast we can see magical lights. Professional photos are delivered to your email within 24 hours.
We offer a free flexible ticket service. Which means if its 100% cloudy all over the Lapland and our range is not enough to find a clear sky, we are able to move your booking 1 day later or earlier for a better Northern Lights weather.
We use special paid services for clouds and solar weather reports. Our guides are well trained Aurora Hunters. Nobody can guarantee a natural phenomenon but we try our best to almost guarantee it. Our team had an amazing 86% catching rate last season.
