Great experience - Beautiful location, views, wines and food! We did our tasting before the lunch and it was a very enjoyable experience. Ended up buying some to bring home! The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Food at Harvest Kitchen was absolutely phenomenal, the only regret is that we weren't able to finish it. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Over priced with attitude - From the time we arrived, a staff member was unfriendly and cocky. we came with a group of 10 family members and we’re here for wine testing and a group meal. The staff member a young man in his 30s was just tolerating us and talking down to the group which was offputting. We had paid $75 per person and the food was lucky to be valued at $35. Lots of bread not to mention that we had all bought drinks as well on top of the $75 then been told that we weren’t booked in for wine testing and sat the group at a door that opened constantly and the chill from the wind.was chili. Will not be returning. We spent the whole day going to wineries and this one was the worst.

Appalled by Racism - I am absolutely disgusted by the racism we encountered at Jacob's Creek. When we arrived for our lunch booking, a staff member named Dru greeted us with pure disrespect. He singled out my husband, who is Asian Australian, and ordered him to return to our car because he had a small container of food for our son, who has severe food allergies. Despite my husband's attempt to explain, Dru aggressively yelled at him to take the bag to the car, questioning his understanding of English. But it didn't stop there. Even our friends from Sydney, who are also Asian Australians and speak perfect English, were treated rudely by Dru. Meanwhile, he showered white Anglo guests with smiles and kindness. It's sickening to witness such blatant discrimination in this day and age. Not only was our lunch ruined by Dru's appalling behavior, but when we raised the issue with the manager, Pete, he dismissed our concerns with a feeble excuse about it being a "busy day." This is not just a matter of bad service; it's a matter of basic human decency. From my observation, Indian guests get the worst treatment. Jacob's Creek, you need to do better. Address the racism within your staff ranks and create an environment that embraces diversity. We won't be returning until this is rectified, and we'll be spreading the word about our horrific experience to anyone who will listen. Shame on you.
