Great day trip with little one and family to Jiufen and Shifen accompanied by amazing tour guide Henry Huang. - Great sightseeing day trip for the family to Shifen waterfall, pingxi old street for the lanterns, with great views over Keelung bay from the teahouse, and ancient streets in Jiufen. Tour guide Henry Huang was amazingly accommodating and was very knowledgeable about the history of the country, the culture and the people. He picked us up at our hotel and made it a very pleasant trip by supporting our travel needs with our little one under 1 years old. Henry was also able to recommend which snack stalls and shops would have the best tasting produce to try from and products worthwhile to buy from. We thoroughly enjoed the ride, the views on the way and the destination attractions. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a private family tour to Jiufen and Shifen, and woud look forward to booking with Henry again for future Taiwan trips.

Caleb will help you make wonderful memories - We highly enjoyed our tour. Caleb was a fabulous guide. He listened to our wants & needs then was flexible to make our visit successful. He knew the perfect restaurant we would like. He shared personal experiences & help us understand history of the area. He even took us to a bakery to get a birthday cake for my daughter. Enjoyable tour with Caleb - Caleb was a wonderful guide. He assessed our needs and tailored the tour to fit our family. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful locations thru his eyes and personal experiences he shared. He gave us time to spend at places we were interested in and had the perfect restaurant ready for us with all the business around. He even had umbrellas ready for us in the pouring rain. I would highly suggest asking for Caleb as your guide. He is personable, flexible and genuine.

Recommend! Enjoy Shifen (water fall) and Jiufen (old town on mountain hill) - We really enjoyed the tour. We all family really recommend this trip. Tour guide is professional (knowledge for each stop and guide skill) and English is very good. He never forget to notify us for the chance of toilets(^^. Water fall is better than expected and lantan experience was as we expected. My all family would recommend this tour!!

An incredible experience - What a wonderful tour! We had Jackson who was super enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the country and of course the local gems. We took the 6 hour tour but at the end wished we did something longer! Had a taster of each location and makes us want to re visit. The waterfall is absolutely marvelous. The lanterns were such a special activity. And to finish it off at Jiufen was such a marvel. Jackson also personalized the tour as it was my partners birthday to make it extra special 🙏 thank you. Would highly reccommend this private tour 😊

Nicholas provided a 5 star experience - Nicholas provided outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end of the tour. He provided historical information regarding Taiwan during the drive. He was very accommodating, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great tour. He had added a last minute stop to Houtong Cat Village because he knew we had wanted to visit it. He gave us great insight on how to spend our last day in Taiwan by providing us an itinerary and a printed map to give us a visual. Overall, we were very happy with having Nicholas show us a piece of Taiwan.
