DAYTRIP Airport Transfer from Montego bay to Runaway Bay Jamaica - This was by far my best experience with an airport transfer. MBJ - Runaway Bay 1hr. Patrick Smith, our driver, (request this gentleman) was a great first impression on our first time to Jamaica. He was early for the pick up, was  easily spotted at the air terminal, he had a card displaying my name with a big welcoming smile to greet us. Myself and my travelling buddy instantly felt at ease in his presence. He is a very kind person which made the trip much more relaxing and enjoyable considering this is our first visit. The transfer experience was excellent from booking to arrival at our resort. Information was clear and easy to understand via the app and emailed notifications with excellent detail. I had no issues or anxiety through this process... it was smooth. Patrick was willing to share a lot of information of the local area we had interest in and was willing to stop at a  place of interest before reaching our final destination upon request. We had come up on an pretty good automobile accident on route but all remained calm, we continued chatting until getting through it, which made the wait less of concern. His driving was excellent and we felt comfortable with a new driving experience. Right hand side and the road sharing style was new. I couldn't recommend this service any higher. It was above expectation and I am grateful I made this choice. I had 3 options one I booked through Air Canada, one that came with the hotel booking or this one, DAYTRIP. I cancelled the other 2 before hand as this one felt right for my needs, it was the correct choice. Patrick was our driver again at the end of this vacation as we returned to the airport Which was a very welcoming option. To have that continuity in a travel experience is a feature that had us feeling like old friends being reunited and getting to share what happened since we last met. Great feature, people should be able to select this as an option, I'm sure as within life not everybody will be a Patrick though but you could request him I'm sure. He was perfectly early to the resort to pick us up for the ride to MBJ. We had provided the driver information to gate security the evening before pickup to ensure he had trouble free access through security to the pickup area. Which DAYTRIP emails out. I also needed to make a request to change the pick up time due to a miss calculation on part, 1 hr earlier. I contacted Patrick directly and he made the accommodation without hesitation. The return drive was excellent, safe, smooth and timely. Patrick made a stop so we could get our fill of authentic jamaican patties to munch on for the drive. In closing this will be my goto in the future for private personalized travel. Made us feel like family.
