An unforgettable stay - We loved this 3 day experience. Not only is the experience itself magnificent, but Nivardo's experience and his anecdotes make this stay unforgettable! We saw a lot of wildlife, the accommodation was very good as well as the meals.

Welcome to the Jungle - I was searching for things to do around the touristic area. I came across Mapamundi Go. I went inside, I got some of the best customer service experience I had encountered so far on my travels in South America. One of the tours I ended up doing with them was the Jungle, Pampas Tour, 3 Days 2 nights. Everything they explained to me, I experienced, a beautiful tour. I fell in love with the jungle. Thank you Mapamundi Go for sorting this experience for me!!!!

Tour itself (and Tourgide/Chef) was very good, rest was betwenn very bad and OK - Mapamundi Go worked with Inca Tours, a local Tourguide in Rurrenabaque. We booked a 2 Night and 3 Days Pampas-Tour. The organisation was OK. We could book a tour pretty spontaneous. The beginning was very bad. We took a taxi which was organised by Inka-Tours from Rurrenabaque to santa Rosa, the City where the entrance is for the Pampas-Tour. The Taxi-Driver was absolutely ridiculous. He was the whole 1.5h at the Phone. He made Videos, did a Facetime Call and was writing all the time on Whatsapp. Absolutely No-Go! The tour it self was pretty good. Our Tourguide (Jaque) and our Chef (Thomasito) was brilliant. They gave everything to show us the beautiful Nature of the Area. The food was delicious. The Lodge, where we spend 2 nights, was extremely simple. For 2 Nights OK, but not for more. The toilets where dirty. Rest was OK. If we only rate our Tourguide and our Chef, then we would give 5/5. But the really bad Taxidriver (on the first day) and for the Lodge we have to put it down to 3/5.
