Best trip to Akagera - We had an amazing trip to Akagera with a big group of people. Thanks to the guides we were able to enjoy the full day in Akagera and get to see all the animals.

Awesome day out - remember binoculars, Sun-cream and bug spray! - Dady / Mohamed (affectionately known to us as Didi) gave us yet another brilliant tour - he took us to Musanze in Oct 2023 (which was the experience of a lifetime by the way) and we had a day to spare this week on a business trip so decided to carpe diem and spend the day out at Akagera National Park. Everything was awesome - planning, vehicle, snacks and lunch organized, excellent coffee stop, loads of information - especially if you love birds, Didi knows his birds and the park is paradise for bird-watching. Tips - wear sun-cream especially if you have a pop-up roof; wear long sleeves and long pants if you can manage the heat - and take bug repellent - because the Tsetsi flies bite quite painfully. Remember your binoculars and have a brilliant day out!
