Birthday cruise - Had a wonderful birthday celebration yesterday with very helpful team on this trip . Would highly recommend it .it was a full day of great service beautiful scenery and good food and drinks

Fun, I recommend it. - Fun excursion to do with family or couple, the descent to the beach is optional but I recommend it because it is two hours and worth taking photos there and walking in kayac, the rich paella, the schedules are fulfilled, on the way back to Orzola they took us with the catamaran and made us have a very pleasant time dancing to cane music.

Very pleasant sea trip - A very pleasant exit that allows to have a magnificent view from the sea the island of Lanzarote and Graciosa. The crew and very friendly guides, a superb atmosphere on board! Very good value for money.

Avoid if you like catamarans - Disappointed with my husband
Abnormally loud music (and yet we go to rave parties where the music is) but there it was shouty with little diversity on the music I even asked if they had no ear plugs ... they said no and that they had a volume problem on the sound ... no atmosphere initiated by the crew and we stayed 3h30 in front of a beach for lunch so the boat ride rather shortened
Side lunch paella no choice other than pasta
Coffee was not included and was at 1€ which I found particularly ridiculous and not very commercial.
Exit rather planned possibly for families with children to stay bathing and eating without bcq visit or boat

Fed up with this , need my money returned as sick of it. - This stinks ! I booked with confirmed pick up from viator. Which have not been at all helpful , I am going to have to pursue a fraud claim as I did not get any service, an the tour operator in Spanish I foretold of the hotel was no longer available for hotel pick up. As I would not know where the meeting point would be, as thier false claim of no show is absolute insult. As speaking prior this event to shed light on as the hotel paid for the taxi to Thier other hotel which completely out of my hands on arrival so informing viator the belief of refund as not able to go to Thier meeting point an the refund after event had occurred said tour operator had refused to return my money. As told no show as ridiculous an lies typical as these are meant to be enjoyable memories not thievery . As not only did they waste my time they could not be bothered to pick up from the hotel which is appalling really spoilt it I will pursue this an gave a very dum view now of staff employed by viator , as they cannot claim as refund was sent due to the original booking unfortunately it was not my responsibility but the hotel at least paid for taxi to there other hotel in Puerto del Carmen as this tour operator could not be bothered to rectify the pick up an the original was from original booking as none of this was intentional

Tour company canceled - Canceled our excursion with minimum notice. Yes, VIATOR used an old credit card that didn't go through, but when I tried to correct with another card our tour was no longer available
