Wonderful Experience! - We had a wonderful trip! Very flexible and accommodating guides, delicious food and would highly recommend to anyone! The facilities available at the end of the hike were fantastic, great to have a hot shower and a place to rest! For young women we felt completely safe the whole time and can’t speak highly enough of the experience :)

Amazing experience!! - With his tween we did this 2 day trekking, with Chey as our guide and a porter. We were neatly picked up at our hotel in the morning and could drop our luggage at the office (very well organized office, clean, neat, reliable - so don't worry about that!). We were allowed to borrow softshells jackets and a headlamp (tip!! Ask for this because you need it for the sunrise tour). During the hike we chatted a lot with Chey and learned a lot about nature and culture. Around 12:00 we got a delicious banh mi sandwich at a first basecamp where we walked after an hour towards the second basecamp (you will spend the night there). In total we took 4 hours to complete the hike (for reference, we are both very active people who often hike and run marathons). At the overnight we got coffee / tea, after which the porter made us dinner. Basecamp is very basic, which is perfect for the whole experience, but expect a wooden cabin, with hard thin mattress and a good sleeping bag, no running water, no electricity. Dinner was delicious (lots of vegetarian options if you indicate this in advance)! We sat down with the locals and our guide. Around 3:30 the alarm clock for a sunrise tour. With us it was raining very hard so this was a very tough last part (2 hours hiking). Due to the heavy rain we unfortunately chose to go back with the cable car as we were soaked so it became really too cold to hike down the rest of the day. Despite the rain it was great!!!! We really highly recommend this tour for the sporty hiker who would like to undertake something challenging and non-touristy in the area of Sa Pa.

Great host and guide. Really cool experience. Check weather for dry season - Really good host with a good English speaking tour guide. Very welcoming , made sure we had a private room to shower and rest after the home. The guide and porter cooked us amazing food throughout the 2 days. Really cool hiking experience. If you can though try to go in the dry season. On day 2 of the hike it was downpouring the entire way and we couldn't see the sunrise nor any views from the top just fog. If you're hiking for the views check the weather first.

Very nice climb! - Incredible trek from start to finish! Tinh, the manager, and his wife are extremely kind, they lent us a room with bathroom before and after the trek. Difficult ascent because it is very physical. Ask for a headlamp at the office before leaving on the trek and bring very warm clothes because at the summit and during the night at the base camps it is very, very cold! You won't be over it, the landscapes are sublime!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! - Where do I start? From start to finish, both the office team and guides were simply fantastic - friendly, organised, happy to answer questions etc.
Communication in the few days before was spot on. Meeting the guides (Silver and Xan) and beginning the trek was slick, all very simple and to plan. They only do private tours, which for us was perfect.
The Bahn Mi, fruit and snacks during the days were tasty and more than adequate amounts. Dinner in the evening was a yummy hotpot! Dietary requirements are taken at the beginning of which we didn't have any. Rice wine and multiple sleeping bags is enough to keep anyone warm through the night!
After the trek we had a nice hot shower and we're able to repack all bags ready for the night bus to Hanoi!
We thoroughly enjoyed our two day adventure even if the view was masked by thick fog at the top. A huge thanks to all involved and I'd very much recommend these guys!

The highlight of our trip to Vietnam! - Where to start !
This trek of 2 days and one night that my partner and I treated ourselves to for our anniversary after a cruise on Halong Bay was the highlight of our stay in Vietnam!
We had spotted the Fansipan in Sapa before our departure but nothing was booked and we were careful to see on site the progress of our stay and the weather.
I contacted the agency by email 72 hours before the big day. I asked several questions, Mr. TINH was extremely responsive on WhatsApp. He advised us and lent us the missing equipment to make the summit (backpack for me and headlamp for my partner). Above all, he offered to pick us up by car the morning of the trek's departure at our hotel in Sapa and even booked the Sapa - Hanoi night train for the last day! At a lower price than what I had seen. We found ourselves in a private cabin! We slept really well on the way back!
The trek: absolutely magnificent! The sun - and the wind! - were with us all the way. I had requested Sinh as a guide after reading reviews here. We were not disappointed: he was willing to share, listened and adapted to our pace which was quite good! Accompanied by a porter for the food, he also showed us his cooking skills in the evening at the refuge (very basic but sufficient for the night).
His English is perfect which facilitated discussions.
The first day we walked for 6.5 hours and came across several village women coming back down the mountain carrying wood.
A hike for a beautiful climb of more than 1000 m of D+ between stairs, stones, paths, forests... sometimes you have to raise your knees and help yourself with your hands. In this sense I understand that the agency describes this climb as difficult. The difference in altitude and the sometimes technical terrain leads me to say that you need to be in good physical condition and practice an endurance sport to enjoy the climb. We were in good shape and climbed without much difficulty but that didn't stop us from sleeping at night! At 7:30 p.m. bed, after dinner - feast prepared by our guide. Duvets and a small mattress were provided. Up at the base camp at 2800 m it's blowing! The sheet metal shelters resist but the wind is cold and noisy. An experience to live!
The next day, after a Pho for breakfast at 4 a.m. we leave for the last ascent: direction the summit. We progressed quickly and arrived well before sunrise. We then discover the summit of Fansipan at 3143 m! I have no words, I don't know if it's the beauty of the place, the pride of having arrived there or the wind that makes me have a few tears. The sun is coming! We are up there, on the roof of Indochina as a couple and with our great guide Sinh!
I won't reveal any more because this ultimate reward is to be experienced!
In any case, it was probably the best moment of our trip to Vietnam. At the top you will be given a medal and a certificate. A souvenir for this unforgettable moment.
Our luck: magnificent and clear weather over the two days! In the rain it must be a different story and both the climb and the descent must be much more difficult! Moreover, we chose the descent by cable car to preserve a fragile knee a few days before a race in the country. Otherwise it takes 5 hours to do it from the summit.
Coming to Sapa and not doing Fansipan if you are in good physical shape is a shame! I absolutely recommend this trek with this agency! In short, it was exceptional!

Reliable hiking tour :) - Our guide Sinh ( I think that is how it is spelled) was amazing... should definitely request for him! Very friendly. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Make sure you bring layers as housing on the mountain has no warm water or heat. Meals were very filling, but I would recommend bringing snacks as well although soma oranges and crackers were provided.
