Lao Cai - At around 6:00 am, you will arrive at Lao Cai train station. There, you will be greeted and picked up by a local tour guide.\n\nThen, you will be taken to a local restaurant to have breakfast. This meal is optional.\n\nAfter breakfast and a short rest, you will be transferred to Ta Thang village, which is the starting point of the coming 8-hour trekking. It will take you about 1 hour to get there.\n\nThis trekking adventure will take you through the beautiful lush bamboo forest and green jungle. You will be marvel at the fantastic beauty of nature on the way of the journey.\n\nWhen you reach the village of Nam Phang, you will stop here for lunch
