Great hiking with amazing guide !! - Had a lovely day trekking with Mao Co who spoke fantastic English, she was super friendly and the countryside was lovely. The homestay we stayed in was incredible with lovely views of the countryside, great food and a heated mattress to keep you warm.

Great! I recommend - We booked the stay knowing the weather. However despite this we were able to see the rice fields (great). We had a guide Mao who explained what there was to explain and left us the opportunity to make a journey easier which saved us the mud! Pleasant time with pleasant people Besides our program is very clear, when we arrived the company provided us with the detailed program which is great!

Good trip in Sa Pa!! - Despite cool and cloudy weather for the month of December, we were able to see beautiful rice fields and visit villages with our guide Mao. Program clearly defined for the three days! Great organization 🙂

Great tour! - Very good trip with friends Definitely recommend booking up if you’re in Hanoi and have a few days to spare. Wear hiking shoes (it sounds obvious now I’m typing it) but my adidas gazelles did not hold up to the Vietnamese countryside Massive thanks to Mao Co our tour guide who was great

Disappointing - Whilst the Sapa Retreat was excellent, the homestay acommodation was dire! No heating, no running water in bathroom of extremely damp and filthy bedroom. Food inadequate for volume of guests and charge made for drinking water. The guides were charming but the 3 days' trek could have been condensed into one day or two at most. Distances covered were far less than anticipated and the second day walk basically comprised 2 hours' of skidding down paths, ankle deep in mud. Very disappointing and poor value for money
