Highlights

Day 1: Sapa – Tram Ton pass – The point is 2.800 meters (6 hours).

Sapa - At 8:30 AM: We will meet you at Sapa Church or at your hotel.

After a short introduction by your guide, the conquest of Fansipan Peak will start with a transfer from Sapa town to Tram Ton point, where you set the first steps in the journey to conquer Fansipan and enjoy the scenery of Hoang Lien Sơn mountain range.

Tram Ton Pass - Throughout this climb, we can observe and learn about the local cardamom plants and the uses they have for this local area. As we trek up to 2,200m, we relax with a picnic lunch for an hour. We then keep on trekking up to the altitude of 2,900m; you will see the panoramic view of Hoang Lien National Park and the vegetation system.

At around 3 PM: Arrive at the height of 2900m, after setting up camp for the night; dinner is cooking on the campfire. Ready to unwind from the day, you will find yourself sleeping soundly while nestled amongst the mountains’ rugged beauty.

At the end of the evening, you can enjoy the night sky with thousands of stars in a quiet forest; soak up nature where there is no smoke and noise.

Day 2: The point 2900m – Fansipan peak – Sapa (6.5 hours).

Fansipan Mountain - At around 6 – 6:30 AM: We will have breakfast together before we are at the last stage to conquer Fansipan Peak.

After about 1.5 hours, we will arrive at Fansipan Peak and enjoy an impressive morning on the roof of Indochina. We can celebrate the victorious achievement as we arrive at the top, 3,143m above sea level.

After about 1 hour of sightseeing and taking photos at Fansipan peak, we will go down to 2800m and enjoy a picnic lunch around 1.30 pm.

Time to walk to the Tram Ton Pass is quite easy but no less attractive.

Sapa - At around 3 PM, we will arrive Tram Ton pass, where our driver awaits, and we will be transferred back to Sapa Town.

2 day trek in Mt. Fansipan + 1 day trek in rice fields of Sapa - We had a wonderful 2 day trek in Mt. Fansipan followed by a 1 day trek in the rice fields of Sapa. Everything was super well organized and our group of 5 couldn’t ask for more in terms of the prior arrangements, transport arrangements, quality of the guide and porters plus all the coordination. I would definitely recommend “Trekking Tour Sapa” to anyone considering doing something in this area

Super Fun trip - We went for a 2 day hiking up to Fansipan. Our guide, Chu, was very patient with us and quiet (which we appreciated very much). Route was well planned and weather was super good. Chu also helped me with my marriage proposal which was successful. All in all, a very good experience. Will go again.

Fantastic organised team made our trip the best possible - The whole team was amazing here. They really were keen to give us the best possible experience for our trek and outside of it. They made it feel like a family trip and I would certainly book future tours through them. We were some of the first people to reach the peak that morning to get the best views. This would not have been possible without the team here

Beautiful trek through Sapa villages - We did the two day trek with zhu, she was amazing and spoke English very well. She was very kind and accommodating. We trekked through beautiful rice fields and stopped at local villages, eating local cuisine. In august the paths are very muddy so expect to wear gum boots/no jandals or shoes you don’t want to keep. Highly recommend trekking with Zhu

Amzing, challanging hike - It was quite a challenging hike. There are steep slopes with stairs and high steps. But when you get to the top, the view is worth it. It is possible to take a cable car down from the top if you don't want to walk down. Our guide brought food for all meals, but it's a good idea to bring extra snacks and water. Remember a headlamp - we were not told about that in advance. The accommodation was a bit uncomfortable, but we just slept for a few hours before going up to see the sunrise at Fansipan. The guide was nice, just a bit bad in english. Would do the trip again, but perhaps rather sleep in your own tent.

2d1n Trek to Roof of Indochina - I did the 2d1n trek to the Roof of Indochina. The trek was well-paced. My guide (Pao) was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of me well. The view when I reached the summit was hampered by cloudy weather, but the summit area was nice and the climb overall was an enjoyable experience. Trekking Tour Sapa was responsive to my requests and able to cater to my needs. Highly recommended for a fuss-free trekking experience in Sapa!

Great hike, nice and friendly people - Friendly people at the office, nice and friendly guide, both English speaking and from Hmong origin, good organisation, lovely food (lunch, diner, breakfast). The hike was great. Tip: bring a headlight!!(second day starts when it is still dark and elektricity at basecamp 2 is limited) and prepare for a cold night! They have a surprice if you reach the summit. Extra pro's: you can leave overflow luggage at the office and you may use the shower when you return.
