The trek commences at 9:00 AM, led by an experienced local tour guide. The guide will pick up participants from their hotels around Sapa town or from the office. The journey begins with a descent to Y Linh Ho village, home to the Hmong ethnic group, located in the picturesque Flower Valley (Muong Hoa Valley), renowned for its stunning rice terrace fields and breathtaking panoramic views. This valley is considered one of the most beautiful in Vietnam. The path follows the mountains and the valley.
Participants will visit a local house and meet many villagers to learn about the ethnic daily life. The trek continues to Lao Chai village, also inhabited by the Hmong ethnic group, situated in the heart of Muong Hoa Valley. Here, trekkers will enjoy a panoramic view of the expansive valley and cross a charming river.
At 12:30/1:00 PM, lunch will be served at a local restaurant, featuring traditional local cuisine. The trek proceeds through rice terrace fields and traditional wooden houses to Ta Van village, home to the Zay ethnic people.
The return to Sapa by car is scheduled for approximately 2:30-3:00 PM.
