A Journey to the Heart of Color

As the sun began to rise over Medellin, I found myself filled with anticipation for the day ahead. The promise of exploring Guatapé, a village renowned for its vibrant colors and rich history, was enough to stir the adventurer in me. The journey began with a scenic drive through the lush landscapes of Sabaneta, where the rolling hills and verdant forests whispered tales of nature’s resilience.

Our first stop was the Réplica del Peñol, a charming replica of the old town that was submerged to create the reservoir.
