As you traverse the sands of time, you’ll uncover the secrets of the Temple of Chephren and marvel at the treasures of the Egyptian Museum. The tour includes a camel ride, allowing you to experience the pyramids from a unique vantage point. A recent review from December 2023 captures the magic of this excursion:
Magical honeymoon - Perfect mini trip during our Honeymoon. We were a little cautious due to the ongoing tensions in the region, however we both found this trip safe, stunning and a magical end to our romantic trip. The company reassured us at all times and made us feel welcome in their beautiful country and could not do enough for us. (Reviewed at: 2023-12-05)
As the day unfolds, the weather remains favorable, with temperatures peaking at a comfortable 78°F. The moderate UV index suggests a light application of sunscreen as you delve deeper into Egypt’s storied past.
The Allure of Luxor: A Day of Discovery
On November 24th, the skies over Safaga are partly cloudy, creating a dramatic backdrop for your next adventure. The Luxor Excursion offers a private day tour to the ancient city of Luxor, departing in the morning. This journey takes you to the heart of Egypt’s history, where the grandeur of the Karnak Temple and the solemnity of the Valley of the Kings await.
Travel in comfort from Safaga Port to Luxor, where you’ll explore the Temple of Hatshepsut and stand in awe before the Colossi of Memnon. The flexibility of this private tour allows you to immerse yourself fully in the experience, moving at your own pace. A review from May 2022 highlights the personalized nature of this excursion:
Multiple day trips in Luxor area - We had three tours, one East Bank, one West Bank, one Banana island by boat. Mohammed was extremely helpful in organising our itinerary and was totally flexible about dates, times and locations. He also arranged for airport transfer. The guide we used in the East bank was good and Mohammed himself accompanied us on the Banana island trip and West bank trips. I liked the fact that he was laid back and there was no pressure to do anything we didn’t want to. There was some degree of negotiation involved concerning the fees but we came to an amicable agreement. Overall a great trip and far better to do a private tour with total flexibility than join a rigid and rushed group tour. Overall we were very happy with our experience! (Reviewed at: 2022-05-03)
As the sun sets at 4:51 PM, the clear skies offer a perfect view of the horizon, a fitting end to a day steeped in history.
