Fantastic Experience Made Even Better with a Wonderful Tour Guide - This was a wonderful experience. A special "shout out" to our tour guide; she was so passionate about her homeland and the people in this special place. Highly recommend this sightseeing excursion.

Amazing waterfalls - Beautiful waterfall. Guide was very informative and allowed us ample time to see the falls up close. Guide added a lot of information about the falls which helped us appreciate them even more. Pickup was easy and the guide pointed out interesting sights along the way.

Excellent value for money. Really nice tour guide. - Amazing tour guide. She was unequivocal and funny explaining all the information about the area. I highly recommend this tour it provided excellent value for money.
They gave us 90 minutes at the waterfall, which was a very fair time but I still personally would have loved it if it was more by an additional 30 minutes. No complaints.

Missing Cellphone - My mom lost her phone and driver’s license in Ísafjörður while we were on this tour. The staff helped us flag down the bus we were on and helped us look, but we thought it was gone for good when we couldn’t find it. 4 weeks later and just before her birthday, we received the missing phone in the mail! Thank you so much for delivering it all the way back to us! Words can’t describe how grateful we are!

A Must See - The best tour ever. Easy to find, very cordial, gorgeous site to visit. The guide could have been a bit more fun, but he was overshadowed by the majesty of the place.

Dynjandi Waterfall Hike - Nice tour and a good way to spend the day. (Other than a couple of small restaurants and a grocery store, there is nothing else near the port) Our tour bus was waiting for us just outside the port, very easy to find the buses. The tour bus was clean and drove through some beautiful countryside. There was a long tunnel that we entered that was a unique experience as it was one lane for much of the distance and the bus had to pull over and wait while oncoming traffic squeezed by. The Dynjandi Waterfall was very cool with a walking/hiking path that goes halfway up the falls. The falls park offers bathrooms but no other services.

The Falls - Great tour very glad we went. I was able a great number of pictures of the beautiful scenery. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very informative! - We were the last group for the 2024 season for our guides and they were great! So informative as we took the bus to and from our destination. The falls themselves are gorgeous and if you want to climb to the top, the path is uneven and must proceed with caution.

No Show trip - We spoke to an agent at Viator the day before our booked excursion re timings.. At no stage did he mention our trip was cancelled! There was nobody and no coach at the pick up point! We spoke to another local travel guide and apparently West Travel was not running the trip that day.
So we missed the opportunity to visit the waterfall and would not use Viator again as not trustworthy. I found out later the trip had been cancelled two weeks before by West Travel.
