For guests coming by taxi or their own transportation coming via the Grand Etang Forest is the easiest and shortest route to us. From Grand Etang continue along the Birchgrove Main Road on to Balthazar Bridge where you would turn off o the right. Look for National Lotteries Billboard as a marker.

Great fun - The guys took great care of us. Would definitely recommend. We were tqo adults and a 6 year old child and the entire experience felt so safe.

Do it - Had a great time doing this. The guys join you in the river and make sure you have a safe experience. Moving you when stuck or assisting when there’s a tricky bit. I think it lasted maybe 45 minutes or so.
We didn’t see much wildlife apart from small fish and butterflies but it was a nice thing to do and we got to see a lot of Grenada on the way out and return.
The river level was lower for our trip which made for a very genteel experience. I can imagine with higher levels and faster flows it’s a bit more energetic.

Really great trip. - This was an excellent trip. The staff were fun and super helpful. Pick-up was on time and transfers very comfortable. Be prepared for a 40 minute drive through beautiful hilly scenery. From pickup to drop off was 3 hrs from Port Louis.

Great fun for all ages - a must visit while in Grenada! - Great fun and safe.
Exhilarating at the rapids but the team look after you- plenty of guides to help you through and keep you safe and make it fun.
Relaxing floating along the river sections with sunlight filtering through the trees along a beautiful stretch of river.

We had a nice experience.... - We had a nice experience. Our Taxi driver Mathew was on time and did a wonderful job explaining the history of the island. . The tubing guides were great and kept us from getting stuck. The water level was low due to the dry season otherwise I would have given our experience a 5 star. Another foot of water would have been good.

An Enjoyable Family Experience - We visited in the Dry Season, when the water level was very low, but it was still a fun family experience that I would recommend. The river was very clear and the banks were full of huge bamboo trees, which made floating along feel tranquil and serene. And there were plenty of places with short rapids, which made for intermittent thrills. Very worthwhile overall.

Poor communication - I unfortunately didn’t get to experience this . I booked for 11:30 am on 10/31 with a hotel pick up . I reached out around 6am to confirm . I received a response at 8 am telling me they didn’t have their minimum of 4 to pick me . I agreed to reschedule or refund. I was informed around 11 am that room was available for 2pm slot. I agreed and when asked for a confirmation time of pick up .. it was bad communication from there . It is now 2pm and no pick time has been confirmed. I requested a refund as I rather not take part in an activity where communication is not initially effective. Sucks, I was looking forward to it ..

Guide never showed. Fighting for refund - Tour guide never showed up. In the process of trying to obtain a refund from Viator however it’s not going smooth. Called Funtastic and was advised they are closed. The tickets never should’ve been sold, and now I’m having a hard time giving my money back. Don’t trust this vendor

Wating for nothing! - They left us waiting even though we were at the designated pickup spot at the correct time. Plus, they did not inform us of the end to end time to complete this tour as it was roughly an hour each way from the cruise ship port.
