Travelers will be picked up at the main lobby of their hotel or resort at the designated time. The driver will have a signboard with the travelers’ names for easy identification. Guests will be transported in a spacious and comfortable bus or van, ensuring ample room for social distancing. They will be taken to the horseback stables and dropped off. The bus will wait in the parking lot until the horseback tour is completed, and then guests will be safely returned to their hotel or resort. Cruise ship passengers will be picked up at the Starbucks café outside the cruise ship pier, while Airbnb and villa guests will be picked up at the main entrance at the main gate.
