Mount Sinai - Our representative will pick you up by an air conditioned vehicle from your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh in the late evening and then you will be transferred for 3 hours to Moses Mountain.
At 02.00am you will then start the 3-hour climb of 2,285m up the mountain guided by one of our guides. You can climb by following a long path which leads to 700 steps. This takes you to the top of the mountain on time for the sunrise where you can enjoy a beautiful view.
Mount Moses is mentioned in the biblical story, according to which it was there that God gave the Prophet 10 commandments.
. Then, after walking 7 km, you will find yourself at an altitude of 2300 m above sea level. Along the way, there are stops for rest, there are tents with tea / coffee and sweets. At any time you can change to a camel (extra charge). The ascent lasts approx. 3 hours. -
St. Catherine’s Monastery - After getting down from the Mt sina, you will be met with your guide by the gate of the monastery, located between the St. Catherine’s mounts and Moses Mount which is the oldest monastery of Christianity, meanwhile, in the monastery where you will visit the transfiguration Church, the burning Bush the well of the prophet Moses, than transfer back to your hotel in Sharm.

Mount Sinai, also referred to as the Mountain of Moses or Mount Hareh, in Hebrew as Har Sinai, and in Arabic as Jabal Mūsā, is a famed location due to its significant role in Jewish history. It is believed to be the place where a divine revelation took place, wherein God is said to have given Moses the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20; Deuteronomy 5). Jewish tradition holds that not just the decalogue, but the complete corpus of biblical text and interpretation was revealed to Moses at this location.
For those journeying to St. Catherine to witness the St. Catherine monastery, this location is situated 220 km northwest of Sharm el Sheikh, nestled between the St. Catherine’s mounts and Mount Moses. It is Christianity’s oldest monastery. The monastery is an Orthodox Greek compound and within its fascinating walls, it houses a wealth of important religious and historical structures. Some of its most valued possessions are a library of ancient manuscripts and icons, surpassed only by the Vatican, and a church from the 6th century said to be precisely located on the site of the Burning Bush.
