You won't be disappointed - We had a great day with Norland. He is born and bred Grenadian. He picked us up at 9am and we didn't return until 7pm. He will cater your day to what you want to see and do. With an hourly charge you can choose whether to do a couple of hours or a full day. Our wishlist was a waterfall you hike to as well as River Antoine rum distillery. We went from one end of the island to the other. There are 2 waterfalls at Concord falls. One right beside the parking lot and one that is a 20-30 min hike. We went on the hike. As it had been raining it was quite treacherous in places but so worth it in the end. We were the only people there. Norland always made sure we were comfortable and safe. River Antoine distillery and Belmont Estate are well worth a visit. In both locations rum and chocolate are still made in the same fashion as they always have been. We finished our trip with a visit to Welcome Rock. We didn't know this existed. On a clear day you get a fabulous view of the other islands.
Norland is very knowledgeable about the island. He's also a great driver. There are some very narrow roads and some crazy drivers. The island may be small but the way the roads are laid out it can take well over an hour to traverse the island. Have a good breakfast before you head out . We already have plans on what to visit next time.
