Tony was AWESOME! Great knowledge... -
Tony was AWESOME! Great knowledge of the island and great conversation. He met us at the pier and shuttled us around telling us about the locals, the island and interesting facts about the area. He spent time getting to know us during the tour and picked out the perfect beach for our final location. We really had a great experience with him and would recommend him to friend and family. Thanks for the great day Tony!!

We were met by our named guide... -
We were met by our named guide inside the terminal at the correct time. We were the only two of his guests. We were informed that his car was broken but that he had arranged another driver for us. On arrival at our new transport we found that four other guests were waiting. One of these had recently broken ribs on board ship and while I sympathise entirely, this and other factors were to affect our day. First stop Annandale Falls a pretty enough place. However we were dogged on our walk by a 'crooner' who tried to make funny songs, while at the bottom we were pestered by a group of divers who wanted us to pay them to dive off the rocks while we took photos. Experience spoilt. We stopped next at a spice shop where we were shown a range of local spices and how to use them. Better. Next Fort Frederick where we were met by our guide who called herself Alice in Wonderland. She showed us the view....yes it was a fort....I think both the French and English were here. Her lack of knowledge was embarrassing. We found her rude and condescending. By now our injured companion had returned to the car and we had very little time to explore around and inside the fort. Experience awful. So to the beach...at last some quality relax time. On arrival we were asked to decide between the six of us what time we would like picking up. It was quite obvious that the other guests did not want much beach time. In the end we got sixty minutes. If we had been told that we could have stayed longer and picked up separately later that would have been fine. This did not happen. Even if our driver was informative and helpful and polite this tour given its cost was a disaster. The only one of our nine tours where we had to pay entrance fees the only one where we were not offered a drink or a bottle of water the only one where our guides were not up to the mark. Head over to Annie's Tours in St Kitts to see how it should be done. Sorry Viator on this occasion not good enough. Refund. Guess I will find out how seriously you take customer feedback if I get the courtesy of a reply or not. Peter
