Phenomenal experience - Words can’t even begin to describe the amazing experience we had with Nicole and her team for this cooking adventure. We had a group of four and selected the Jerk Chicken option. First, upon booking, Nicole and her team were promptly responsive to inquiries and confirmation with friendly, informative, and professional responses. She was able to accommodate our needs to due flying out that day. Pulling up to the house, we instantly saw breathtaking views around us on the top of the beautifully landscape hill. We had a warm greeting and were given opportunity to look around after being served a welcome drink. The cooking class included a lesson of culture and history which was much appreciated along side helpful hints and a full menu recipe book. We had the opportunity to help prepare all kinds of foods and had an absolute blast. After the preparing was complete, we started with some delicious snacks of homemade plantain chips with homemade dips and salsa as we sipped on some delightful rum punch while taking in breathtaking views. We sat down to a table, despite the heat there was a beautiful breeze and it was very comfortable, as we savored the many dishes we prepared. After lunch we had some coffee with the pastry dessert we made. Above all, Nicole and her family and team treat you like family/ friends, all were an absolute joy to talk with and learn from and helped create a perfect experience. I can see why this experience is so highly rated and if we had another day, our group agreed we would have booked another day and another recipe if possible. Can’t thank Nicole and everyone at Nicole’s Table enough. Do NOT miss out on this opportunity- book early!!

Jerk Chicken and Beautiful Views - If you ever find yourself in Antigua, you really need to book a class with Nicole. We had so much fun and learned how to make a complete meal including the yummiest Jerk Chicken you've ever tasted. We walked away with the recipes and knowledge to make it at home. Nicole is an excellent cook and a fun person to hang out with. We highly recommend this tour if you are here on vacation. Her house is situated on top of the mountain, with beautiful views all around, and it's a very welcoming space.

Fun and Educational! - My wife and I had a great time at Nicole’s Table. We learned new things about the island and the origins of jerk chicken. We made some perfectly spicy pineapple salsa and even had some rum punch! By the time we left we felt like family. The recipes are so great that we recreated them as soon as we got home!

A must do in Antigua - If you’re looking for a unique experience, book this. Nicole and Adam are great fun and host you in their own home. It’s equally fun for expert chefs and novices like me. The rum tasting was a fun break while our cooking marvels were in the oven.

Learn to cook the Caribbean way with Nicole - you won't regret it! - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Nicole, her husband Adam and a group of Americans who were celebrating a birthday. We learnt a bunch of tips and tricks about cooking with rum from Nicole and Adam took us on a knowlegable tour through a host of different rum types. At the end of the day we got to eat what we had prepared. Delicious! Thank you Nicole and Adam - we would thoroughly recommend a trip to Nicole's Table to visitors to Antigua.

Amazing...Highly recommend!!! - This was an absolutely amazing experience and one of my favorite excursions of all the trips we have done! Nicole is an amazing host! I actually came home and bought the Ninja blender set just to remake all the recipes exactly as we did there. They turned out amazing and everyone loved it! My only regret is that I did not book again during that week to try one of Nicole's other meals. I highly recommend this unique experience!

Must do Excursion! - Let me share that I am not the most savvy cook. However, after attending the class at Nicole's Table I have found a new zest for being in the kitchen. Cooking with Nicole and hearing her share insight of fresh herbs and how things are done in the island was insightful. Her rum punch is enough to make you fly back to get a picture!

Great time - It was just my wife and I and Nicole and her husband were very friendly and easy to talk too. The food was delicious and we've made most of it again at home since doing this in January. Their home is lovely and has great views out on on the back porch. I highly recommend doing this while in Antigua!

Oh Sip, it's a Girl's Trip - What a fabulous experience. Girls trip to Antigua to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. One of our first adventures was Nicole's Table. We learned to cook jerk chicken, red beans and rice, plantain, and a delicious tart desert. Nicole was not only knowledgeable of her craft, but a great hostess. Thank you, Nicole for welcoming us into your home.
